Politeness and kindness of hotel staff ,Shisha is flavourful and one of the best Shisha ever ,indoor swimming pool cleaned and warmed As for the food I would rate it very good , hygiene also very good, room good , swimming pool ! Good ,reception staff ! Very good,overall good ,but unfortunately ;water was not included for full-board package,small details can make a big differences.

La nourriture, la vue sur mer et la propreté 1-buffet variée pour le salé mais pour la patisserie trop du sucre très basique.

1- personnel (reception et au buffet) froid non souriant et non acceuillant, franchement ils ne sont pas du tout gentils! Ils font la gueule dans la salle à manger et on dirait qu'ils sont entrain de nous surveiller comme des flics! (Leur comportement changent quand ils voient un touriste européen). (exception les femme de chambre gros bisous à Amal). 2- Manque d'animation et je trouve ça bien dommage pour les parents ou les jeunes qui passent leur temps à la reception. 3-mini frigo ne marche pas. J'attire l'attention au responsable de travailler sur l'acceuil des clients Tunisiens et aussi l'animation.

The night buffet was expensive for the variety of food offered (90TND / person) The a la carte menu is only available via room service

Food was amazing , staff are absolutely fantastic , they helped me celebrate my wife's birthday with a free cake

Beach area is a bit small, pillows could be more comfortable

Awesome welcoming staff. Lots of activities onsite and they were always willing to assist with anything. Food was awesome as well. Rooms had a beautiful view and when they heard that I had a bad experience with my other booking of a residence in hammamet, they even upgraded my room and apologized for what had happened. They were not even at fault but took care of me well.
