The floor of our room was slanted. Exstra beds quality were very bad. Compromising quality of sleep..

Door between room and entrance room could close, noise from corridor could not be reduced. Could hear people in the neighbour room. No aircondition - should included with the rate of the room

At breakfast the espresso/cappucci (etc) machine was not available due to lack of capsules

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in the last decade. Nothing, really nothing is okay at this hotel. I understand that COVID has caused misery for many hoteliers. But when you ask almost € 400 for 3 nights, you may expect something of quality. But no, not at all. The room was filthy and everything -really everything- did not work and/or was broken (window, bed, shower faucet) and unsafe (electricity). Then the hope goes to the breakfast, but this was even more a disaster. Apart from the fact that there was little (read: almost nothing) to choice, various other products (yoghurt, milk) were also found to be out of date or rotten. Really never again, this @ # $ hotel!
