I have stayed at Ibis hotels earlier, and I was surpriced over the nice, spacy room, earlier I have experienced narrow, very plastic rooms, but this one was nice, very close to the cental parts and the railway station. I arrived late and slept over the brakfast, so I did not test it.
The price is quite high for the area and could have included breakfast.

Die Lage war für meine Reise ideal.
Am Empfang wurde ich freundlich bedient. Dort bekam ich alle Informationen für meinen Aufenthalt, sowie die sofortigen Rechnung für einen schnelle checkout.
Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarge war etwas verteckt und erforderte eine extra Runde.

Insgesamt was der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend und sauber. Auch der Kontakt an der Anmeldung war freundlich. Check Out ging auch problemlos. Frühstück ebenfalls ausreichend und schön hergerichtet.
Die Servicedame am Frühstücksbuffet war unangenehm penetrant und hat morgens für nicht viel gute Laune gesorgt.

Location was very convenient for both the train station , the museum experimenta, and the Inner Stadt. Only a few minutes' walk from all of these. Friendly helpful reception staff. Good breakfast buffet.

This wasn’t the first time we stayed at Ibis Hotel. I always love having breakfast here. We enjoyed making our own waffles! And the bed was comfortable.
It took a long time for the front desk lady to check us in (around 5 pm), she had a hard time to recognize our name, after 3rd attempt, she finally was able to recognize it.
When I mentioned that my daughter would join for breakfast, she right away said: ’Oh sorry, we are fully booked for tomorrow!’
I answered: ’But I already sent an email asking if it was ok to our daughter to join for breakfast, I got the answer that I could directly go to the front desk and pay‘.
She: ’Ok, you can show the email to the front desk’.
Huh?? I think this lady needs more training on how to work in hospitality industry.
On our 2nd day, the nice front desk lady let my daughter to join the breakfast without any problem.
The very nice gentleman checked us out and helped to store our carry ons to be picked up later.
Thank you to these lady and gentleman!
