Great for a few nights stay

Perfect location for attractions and restaurants. The room was a good size and very clean.

Great hotel in central Wellington, close to Te Papa, waterfront, shopping etc…. A great family hotel.

Very central location, has joined family rooms available, on site parking available (limited), breakfast, room service, wifi….etc…etc….

Nice hotel, great location, crap room poor service, never to be repeated.

My room seemed to be too close the laundry. The noise of machines was horrible. As good as the hotel is this experience means I will never stay here again.

Don’t put people in rooms near the laundry when it is working. When they point it out relocate them don’t just explain and do nothing

Loved everything, very friendly and helpful staff. Bed very comfortable. Handy car park. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend

I’ve stayed here twice now on separate occasions and both rooms I stayed in the shower has flooded the bathrooms…

quiet and relatively private for meetings and centrally accessible to work appointments

Close to my appointments. Excellent room except for the bathroom which needed an upgrade to resolve the shower water overflow.

Staff wonderful but doubt if we would stay again due to room location and noise

Our room was very noisy, opposite multi car park. Hoons on scooters racing up and down various levels. Shouting to each other. Noise of bottles smashing both nights. Late into night. Obviously no triple glazing. Room very clean but tired needs a paint work.

Would recommend and would stay here again when back in Wellington

Room was very clean and tidy. No noise near by or within the corridors of hotel. The hotel was located well with nearby eateries and we had good service in the hotel bar

It's been a wonderful weekend break at West Plaza Wellington

Definitely the location, its convenience and very modern. Best sleep 😴 💤 love the comfort of our bed, spacious room, and the kitchenette space and dining area a bonus to have. The shower is fantastic Our room very spacious.

No air-conditioning but didn't mind opening our windows. Could provide a tea towel and dish liquid would be very handy.

Exceptional

Great place to stay, was close to our venue which was great... We could leave our bag's there before check in time and they were put in our room great surprise... Restaurant had great food.... Rooms were perfect... Will stay again.

Location in city centre is ideal. I am always pleased to be able to book a TWIN room without being unsure if it really will be available. That is a good feature on Booking.com: straightforward and certain. We enjoyed the Happy Hour atmosphere.
