Location was excellent as it was a stroll to and from the Bamberg HBF and to and from the old town as well. The room was refreshed and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Frühstücksbüffet riesig und man muss sich tatsächlich zusammenreißen, um nicht ausufernd über die Verhältnisse zu schlemmen.
Zimmer war ein normales Doppelzimmer.
Die Lage ist direkt zwischen Bahnhof und Stadt, so dass es als Ausgangspunkt perfekt gelegen war.
Das Zimmer war leider neben dem Personalaufzug gelegen, so dass man morgens dann doch etwas früh geweckt wurde, weil man mit kompletten Transportwagen scheinbar Zutaten für das Frühstück transportiert hatte. Das hätte besser klappen können.

Frühstück war sehr gut und der Weg zum Bahnhof oder zur Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Auf die kleinen Verpackungen beim Frühstück wie zum Beispiel bei der Butter oder beim Frischkäse sollte man zu der heutigen Zeit doch lieber verzichten.

Expansive bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Good car parking directly underneath the hotel with lift which takes you to hotel. Good location close to the old town.
Car parking is public despite proximity to hotel and costs 18euros per night so would be better to make that very clear.

Breakfast was excellent couldn’t fault it. Beds were comfy. For the added bonus of a washing machine etc on the third floor for free was great especially when travelling for three weeks

Wonderful, helpful staff. Great location. Excellent restaurants nearby. Nice rooms. We had a courtyard view and it was very quiet, no sounds from the street. An added plus - Bio-Markt grocery store is beneath part of the hotel so you can pickup snacks, water, etc. easily. Very nice breakfast buffet. We will stay here again!!

Great location, we love this hotel. Have been there 3 times now. It has a laundry that I could use free of charge which was very handy as we are travelling.
A small fridge in the room would’ve been good.

first off, Google Maps takes you to the alley behind the hotel. you need to notify google and have it corrected.
This is a great hotel located within a short walking distance to the old town of Bamberg. Everything was clean and updated.

Breakfast and room were good. Location was convenient for the centre
The parking wasn't available on one floor as this had been closed by the local authority and therefore there wasn't a space available for me, even though I had pre booked I had a paring space reserved . The receptionist, a male, had no idea whether this would be resolved. He advised me of another car park, but this was 10-15 mins walk away which was very unsatisfactory.
