Location: close to city with convenient public transport bus services.

Self-contained facilities for cloth washing, preparation of simple meals.

Booked what was listed as a renovated, pool view room. Received a tired, worn room that faced the freeway.

Standard Lamp in the lounge didn't work. Lamp on side tables cord didn't reach the power point. Bedside lamp in the second bedroom didn't work. Sheer curtains in the second bedroom were hanging off. Limited kitchen equipment eg no bowl suitable for a salad, limited pan sizes. Very noisy dishwasher. Whilst the double glazed doors to the balcony did a good job of negating the very loud noise from the freeway, the noise from the internal areas (pool/spa area and stairways etc) was really loud and intrusive. This was made worse by having a number of large groups of teenagers staying with sporting groups who appeared to be constantly roaming with little to no supervision.

Clean safe and quality rooms with comforts to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Location the best you can get and quality staff who always look after our family for many years

The beds were comfortable however they felt like the foot end was slightly higher then the bed head.

The Location was great for our needs and the apartment had everything required for our 3 week stay any questions or requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently .

Swimming pool

The room we had was located at group floor next to the gate, it was very noisy as cars were in and out. The room was dark and the carpet was smelly and humidity.

new bathrooms; spacious and clean and comfortable. great pool. good restaurant inside the complex.
