The ambiance of the hotel, the facilities (pool etc.) and Beso were amazing. Rooms are very comfortable, very clean and quiet. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful hotel on waterfront with promenade walk into Sitges. Maybe a little too far out for some people.

Some staff were helpful others very unhelpful. Reception and poolside staff were very unhelpful. Restaurant, housekeeping and concierge staff outstanding.

Towels are awful, laud location, almost all employees do not speak proper English and are not experienced in providing service. Cleaning is the biggest issue of the hotel- all the corners are dirty, floor is not cleaned properly. Reception staff is not professional and are not able to ask any questions- they can’t even do what they are supposed to do. Be ready that cookers can easily prepare your food and and the same time touching the rubbish bin with the same hand. If you are coming with your own car- be prepared to have almost all the time issues with entering and leaving the territory of hotel, because your parking card can be not recognised. When coming to the hotel we were not proposed with any welcoming drinks, help with luggage or car.

Everything! It was just my husband and I. We spent the extra for the sea view and it was completely worth it! The place and the area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

We never went to the hotels restaurants, but we did do the bar downstairs, the staff wasn't the greatest. We were ignored for almost 25-30min before I finally got someones attention to take our drink order after two other group of people showed up sometime after us got their orders and was instantly served drinks and food.

Very clean and well appointed hotel, Garden View room was a little snug if you are there for a week but the balconies get the evening sun which is lovely. Staff were very friendly with helpful concierge.

Pool bar was short staffed during the week. Quite a long walk in the evening into town but it is a lovely walk as long as you have comfy shoes!

Rooms were spacious and beautiful. We got a lovely sea view room even though we didn't pay for it, facilities in the room were incredible, couldn't fault it all. The pool area was also really nice with big and spacious sunbeds

The service was really really slow. Both in room service and especially in rooftop bar. We had to wait about 30min everytime we ordered a drink and if approached, the staff were quite rude and didn't seem to rush to get orders fulfilled in any way

The location in front of beach, the spa was really good. The room is spacious with a nice view.

The service at the restaurants, the rooftop and the room service is very slow. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from the old city of Sitges.

views! Rooftop bar! even though it is a bit pricey. Could be nice to have light snack or tapas at the bar rather than expensive sea food options, especially when heading to Dinner after the drinks. Beautiful views from room and Rooftop.

Great location situated right on the beach. Beautiful pool area and rooftop bar. Rooms are bright and clean.

Staff very slow with service by the pool even when it’s not busy. No offering of drinks which you would expect at a 5* property. Requests to the room very slow too. Had to ring 3 times for an iron. One time it didn’t even arrive at all.

the food menu is average and not worth a 5stars hôtel. the breakfast is also average . the wine list really bad with mistakes on the menu (names of the wines,tequila etc) a lot of things need to be changed and a proper fb manger has to do his proper job. the noise in the room. the mattress really not comfortable . the check in took ages,and the checkout they made mistakes on the bill(lot of things that we didn’t use they charged us luckily we checked before we pay)
