Beautiful maintained property full of atmosphere. The rooms were large and very comfortable the bed and pillows were lovely. There was tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar so you could make yourself at home. The pool and the dining room were beautiful and spotless. The food was delicious.

Stunning historic property beautifully decorated in elegant and grand Louis XIV style. The large courtyard garden with huge ancient trees was a haven of beauty and shade in the searing heat (35 degree heatwave). The glassed-off pool was lovely, the staff were delightful and professional. The location of course is fabulous. We had an excellent dinner with some very fine wine.
The only thing was that the air conditioning made a terrible racket if you turned the fan up one or two notches. Everything else was perfect.

Beautiful hotel and garden, very large and comfortable room, huge bathroom, very good breakfast, mostly pleasant and helpful staff. Good location for exploring Aigues Mortes, good parking facility under the hotel. Lovely cats in the garden.
Extremely rude and passive-aggressive reception on our day of arrival. Deliberately delayed check-in knowing that we were parked in the road and wanted to move our car out of the way. Refused to expedite processing to let us get to parking and return to complete the process. Very unpleasant arrival experience.
Bathroom design and amenities could be better. No place to put anything in the shower. Room is like a fishbowl, with main source of light being large glass entry doors on the walkway.
