Hotel Mottaret continues to be our favourite hotel in this ski area. The facilities are excellent, the food is great and always with an extensive choice. All the staff from Katy (Manager), Hugo (Bar Manager) and restaurant staff do everything they can to make guests have an enjoyable time. The Abba night in the restaurant was a new addition this year. We weren't too sure what to expect but had a great evening - thank you Florian - who can forget your dancing?
Only thing I can say is that the family suite we stayed in is excellent. It has an ensuite shower as well as a bathroom so ideal for us with two daughters. However, the suite has only one WC which is integral to the bathroom. For a family whilst this was manageable this was not ideal.

The food was amazing here, buffet breakfast and dinner. For Dinner, each night there are different options, I would highly recommend dining in.
The pool wasn't warm, it would be great if it was heated. The Jacuzzi was closed most of the time.

Very nice property on a perfect location. The lounge was extremely cozy, almost like being home. we also liked the swimming pool, hammam en outside jacuzzi. Buffet breakfast and dinner were of surprising good quality!
Rooms could have been a little more spacious around the bed.

Nearly everything. lt is a fantastic facility and feels more like "home" than a hotel. Our third visit and we shall definitely be back!
Cultures differ, l understand that. Twice the children in our group, 11 and 14, (girls) wanting to go and swim after skiing but were confronted by naked couples in the jacuzzi in the Spa area. For us this is a problem.

The location, clean room and and comfortable bed, good food in the hotel restaurant
Unhelpful staff, our room was below the spa and we were hearing noises from the jacuzzi, no kettle in the room for tea and water for tea in the lobby always cold, ski room was never locked, restaurant staff was slow to clean tables or replace finished items

perfectly located. The staff is very helpfull and kind. Breakfast very good and dinner is in a buffet form with lots of changes and diversity.
Warmth, the water in the pool and the inside jacuzzi is not hot enough.
