Clean, and quiet, with a friendly staff.

On one side of the bed there are no electrical outlets at all—just two, old-fashionned USB-A slots, which none of my devices use, any more. The next closest electrical outlet under the window didn’t work at all. So, the only electrical outlets available were under the TV.

Secure parking, good location, friendly staff

No kettle in the room but you are able to get drinks in reception. Pillows very hard

Once we found the hotel which was difficult we enjoyed our stay, the location 350m from the Cathedral and restaurants was spot on.

The breakfast was chaotic you had to ask for everything which for a serve yourself buffet type was annoying juice machines not working people of various Nationalities wandering about bemused a poor show.

The staff were very friendly and the room had a view of the Cathedral. We were allowed our dog to stay and the parking was excellent.

No fridge in room or milk for tea and coffee. We did borrow a kettle from the reception but had to keep asking to use their fridge. The pillows were very uncomfortable as they were very hard. We had to buy some from the local supermarket. There were a couple of bites on my leg and I wasn't sure if it was from the bed. There was a protector on the matress topper which made it very hot. The plastic shower gel container had fallen off the wall in the shower.
