Experienced a last-minute booking reversal by hotel management on check-in day, causing considerable disruption. The decision contradicted earlier staff commitments, leading to a negative impact on our event. Due to this unreliability, I advise against using this hotel for professional engagements.

Excellent séjour avec un très bon accueil. La literie est super. Magnifique petit parc pour se reposer.
Parking ouvert donc plus de place le soir. C'est dommage.
Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher.

Очень понравился отель, персонал очень вежливый и милый. В отеле чисто, спокойно, очень симпатично. Кровать удобная. Завтраки хорошие, очень милая посуда, как будто все такое домашнее) ещё задний двор красивый у отеля, видела теннисный корт) не было времени прогуляться, к сожалению
Советую тут остановиться, отель рядом с INSEAD
Не было услуг экспресс-глажки, хотели сдать вещи вечером, чтобы утром забрать их уже, но так нельзя было.
И чтобы заказать еду в номер, нужно было спуститься вниз за меню, это тоже не очень удобно. Ещё не было кондиционера для волос, хотя обычно в отелях он всегда есть.
Но в целом все прекрасно)

Ce que j'ai apprécié par dessus tout c'est la solution proposée quand j'ai demandé à ce qu'on soit tous regroupé. Le fait de tous nous mettre au RDC pour que l'on puisse communiquer facilement était vraiment pratique et cela a vraiment changé la donne pour notre séjour qui l'a rendu encore plus mémorable

If studying at INDEAD, it’s the perfect location. Spacious room with a desk which is great for study. Nice foyer and restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff.
Small detail is that there are very few products in the bathroom. No shower cap, body lotion, etc

Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig und trotzdem nur ein kurzer Fußweg vom Chateau entfernt. Die Betten sind bequem, die Zimmer geräumig.
Die versprochene Minibar ist im Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde teilweise nur sehr zögerlich aufgefüllt, das Rührei war an einem von zwei Tagen ungenießbar, die gekochten Eier immer kalt, die Tische wurden für nachkommende Gäste nicht abgeräumt und gesäubert.

Large room and relatively comfortable place. Good location.
Restaurant at breakfast often ran out of food and was not replenished very quickly. Ate dinner twice. Disappointed both times. The chef has no idea how to cook meat to be tender. Fish he did ok with.
