Hervorragend gute Küche des Restaurant, umfangreiches Frühstück, Massagen und Wellness Bereich sehr gut, das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage in einer sehr schönen Anlage sehr gepflegt.
Die Bar am Hafen sollte auch am Abend geöffnet sein.

Overall we had a good stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and the room was clean. Loved the saunas, especially the one by the lake.
Spa treatments weren’t available that weekend (asked several weeks in advance) and for us, that was kind of the point to go on a Spa weekend trip. For its 4 stars the whole property felt rather basic and somehow sparse.

When I look at it myself as a hotelier, I think that it is sufficient in every respect for a 4-star facility. Breakfast is adequate and you can find a place. Restaurant staff are incredible and very helpful. There is a place where you can get a drink by the lake. Also the internet service was above what I expected. We collected very good memories.

The location is excellent.
The quality of the provided food and beverages in the restaurant has drastically declined. In combination with the unprofessional and awkward service, the stay was negatively impacted.

The views.
The room was full of spiders. The window net was broken. The children's bed was as hard as a rock. The floor was very dirty in the room. The personal at the restaurant (at least half of them) did not speak good German(which is okay) but also no English! It was very complicated to order (and we went several times). The winter garden of the restaurant was full of dead insects. The food in the restaurant was definitely not matching its price. The waitress at the beach bar ignored us during half an hour and did not tell us that we had to order directly in the bar, not at the table. She said that right away to another customer that came after and kept ignoring us, even not looking at us... Was very weird.

Was in room 210, everything was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful all the time, thanks to them, will visit again!
