Großes Zimmer mit 2 bequemen Einzelbetten. Gutes Internet. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Genügend kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. Nahe an der Autobahn gelegen.

Overall experience was excellent. Staff was incredible. Special shout out to Avila Marshall for their compassion and patience. Breakfast was extremely good.
My itinerary didn’t allow me to stay longer. This place was like home!!

Es ist sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe von der Autobahn und trotzdem schön ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker.
Unser Zimmer war nicht ganz, wie auf dem Foto dargestellt. Wir hatten noch einen Teppich drin mit Flecken. Generell sah es so aus, das alles mal auf den neuesten Stand gebracht werden muss. Auch finde ich, dass es schön wäre, wenn man einen Prospekt mit den wichtigsten Sachen, wie Frühstückszeiten, Parkplatzgebühren , Wlan-Name und evtl noch die wichtigsten Sachen, die es in der Stadt und im Hotel zu entdecken gibt, geben würde.

Nothing we liked
Staff, He ( Ahmadzi) was trying to over charge my €117 , it was t only me, before me one of the guest was arguing. Even parking not free. No car charger available.
I had a complain and I asked his name, he refused to give his name. At the end I was writing on piece paper, then he said his name.

Room was as advertised, spacious. Beds were good. Breakfast was plenty, friendly staff.
The whole thing is outdated. Location is not the best but we were there for an overnight stay only on our way to Czech Republic.

The hotel is situated close to the motorway. Large rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
Old style hotel. Should be refurbished. Parking does not include the price.

I liked the feeling of not being cramped. I liked having the most essentials in the bathroom, hairdryer etc.

The breakfast was good, staff by the breakfast was very nice.
The room (two beds) was bright, fine and clean. Pretty big.
The hand soap dispenser was completely empty. The bed was too hard for me.

Asked for free parking while looking for a place ended up paying EUR 8 for the night

Good location when passing through.
Price for the night was different, higher, at the hotel reception than when I finished the booking. And no explanation for that. That makes me rate this hotel low.

Thew staff in the morning restaurant very nice, understanding and helpful even thou after long trip and late arrival we came for the breakfast 30 mins before closing.

ICE cold shower!!!! No hot water at all!!!
We pointed that out to the front desk, who just said, that was normal when everybody took at shower at the same time :-0
Paying 100 euro per night, we expect hot water so we can take a shower at the end of the day (It's december folks!)

Comfortable, close to supermarkets and restaurants
not very clean, there was still trash in some bins in the bedroom which clearly shows some lack of cleaning
