الموقع جميل لكن يحتاج مرافق خدمية اضافيه وكذلك الاهتمام بنظافه الغرف واثاث جديد

المخدات والمفارش تحتاج اهتمام اكثر بالنظافه كذلك لايوجد سوى مطعم واحد يحتاج تنوع بالمطاعم خاصه المنتجع كبير كذلك السعر مرتفع مقارنه بالخدمات

We liked that the property was central . The staff were very accommodating.

Signal and Wi-Fi reception was non existent - we basically couldn’t use our phones all weekend . Breakfast was VERY average , we didn’t even end up going the 2nd day . Although , the restaurants food outside their breakfast offering was okay .

The resort is very old with old furniture The price is high Car parking difficult and narrow inside the resort and only one direction,,, you have to make u turn to move your car from the parking The excess to the resort difficult,,, you have to drive all the way though major roads to arrive,, No house keeping services afternoon,,, no room cleaning unless you request,,, Wi fi very weak with alot of cuts... I will not come back again

The furniture is quite old. The lighting in the room is not enough. The noise of the water crafts late night.

Was BaDDDD I didn’t like anything The service was bad The behavior for the resection was so so bad Not clean not good smell the use water for wiping the didn’t use something for clean everything was bad.

The response of the staff was very slow i had some issues I need to call them more than one time also my booking was for two adults and two kids when I asked for more bellow for the bed the told me you have one extra in your room it old them what about the other kid the told me take from the adult bed because the do not have more while my booking for two adult and two kids also I make order for food in my room they bring it without drink when I call them the said we forgot to send it we finish half of our food waiting for the drink. In the checkout the safety box was not working and we need to open it we call help desk that said the will send someone to open it we wait for 25 min no body come I call them again no body answer end of end they answer and told me no body come he will chick with them

we were not informed that there was no alcohol served during Ramadan. pool only opened after 9am.

the room wasn’t the same as what i paid a lot of money for the treatment of the staff at the reception is very bad

The property is very pleasant and great for families. Swimming pool is big and suitable for both adults and kids. Breakfast offers quality food but a bit limited variety (still not bad for a 4 star hotel), the rooms are spacious and cozy, the balconies with swimming pool or sea view make early mornings better, the decorations and design of the facilities is well done, there are about 4 different restaurants that offer good food if you plan to stay in for lunch and dinner, check in and check out was quite smooth with no delays. Overall, it’s one of the least expensive family resorts in Bahrain that is provided a satisfying stay 2-3 night stay.

The staff need more training, they need to be nicer, and give smiles to the visitors. if you are coming here only for the beach, then don’t bother, the beach is sandy and has a nice view but the water it’s self doesn’t look clean and is below average. Room service in evenings doesn’t exist. either ask them to clean your early noon or don’t even call them cause they will not cooperate.
