La mala atención de una persona en la recepción a la llegada. No quería darnos una segunda tarjeta para la habitación. Y se molestó por nuestra insistencia. La razón era que no tenía suficientes. Lo que por ningún motivo es nuestro problema.

Hervorragende Lage und Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr funktionell konzipierte Zimmer, bequeme Betten und gut Dusche. Frühstück prima. Geräumige Tiefgarage.

Location was great. Handy to buses, train station. Room was comfortable. Limited space and no drawers for clothing. Would have liked a safe in the room. Everything at breakfast was fresh and plenty of selection

I stayed at the hotel for one night on the way from the south of France to the Czech Republic. I drove 800 km, hoping to rest. A young girl at the reception settled me in room 223. I come to the room and....surprise, this is a room for the disabled! I had to go down and ask for another room, it's good that the manager was at the reception at that time. I am sure that the kind receptionist would say that there are no available rooms. Changed to number 216. Thanks to the manager. And I wish the receptionist to work on herself and be more attentive to the client in the future. People feel a good attitude and, believe me, they feel a bad attitude too. I wish you good luck in working on yourself!
