Exceptional

Very comfortable, lakeside hotel with full service. Half board arrangement had us worried but breakfast buffet was extensive and evening meal innovative, well prepared and delicious. Service was beyond any reproach. All spoke English much better than we could speak German! We had a 2 room suite with lakeside view. Both rooms had views of the lake. An excellent place to stay for a few days R&R. Parking is limited but the parking team were most accommodating and we parked our Range Rover comfortably outside the underground garage.

There is no disabled access for a wheel chair or mobility scooter (which my wife uses) except via the garage and the service lift and through the service areas. Not a great entranceway for a "grand" hotel, I'm afraid! Directions to the hotel need amplification. We hadn't realised the hotel was on the lake side of a railway track or protected by a disappearing bollard which required activation by a button next to it. More explicit directions would be very helpful, describing the turn need to access what looked like a pedestrian area in the town

I did not like the reception of one of the reception staff, a man at the entry procedures, as he was very rude and bad.

Disappointing as it’s a beautiful property

Beautiful property on a beautiful lake

Staff were not particularly friendly nor attentive especially porters who seemed to demand a tip despite losing keys and not helping with bags on arrival.

Simply fantastic hotel

It is a beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms and areas to relax in. All the staff are friendly and polite. Absolutely amazing views as well.

Superb

Great breakfast. Nice dinners. Regular shuttles to skiing. Nice staff Lovely village. Crazy Daisy across the road recommended

Our room quite cramped. They need a queuing system for the shuttle bus to stop queue jumpers!

As if stepping back in time to the days of the Habsburgs...

The hotel is splendid. When one enters the foyer it is as if they have gone back in time. The service is to perfection, anything one might need is just a question away, often times just a glance away. The interior is very opulent, reminiscing of the Belle Epoque. Dining at the Belvedere restaurant is a gastronomic and an aesthetic experience, with French cuisine and a 180 degrees vista of Lake Zell. Definitely worth a visit!

Despite perfect cleanliness, the housekeeping staff is not quite to the standard of the rest of the hotel staff.

View , Helping in luggage , parking services and good breakfast

Room is with stairs , which was mot mentioned in the website or booking.com . Most services are not available in the hotel , even providing an iron , staff are not helpful and not cooperative , the only answer we get was “ we are closing soon” , we asked for a late check out since the moment of booking through the customer service on the hotel website , and the answer was “ it can be done at the front desk upon arrival “ which was not true and mot applied Compared to room prices , I will not nook again in this hotel and do not recommend it to friends
