The view from our room overlooking the lake was amazing. We stayed off season in November when a lot of places were closed and we often had the outdoor pool and jacuzzi to ourselves. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice for us and our 3 year old.

The indoor pool was out of order which was a shame.

On January 1st, we had to leave the hotel at 8 am for the airport. The written information at the hotel said that breakfast started at 7 am., so we planned to have breakfast before leaving. But when we went to the restaurant, the entrance sign said it would open at 8 am. So, we had to skip breakfast. We used a valet parking service. On our checkout, the valet staff disappeared, and the front desk lady couldn’t find our key. We had to wait for an hour until the GM came to help find the key and get our car! That was why we had a chance to have an excellent breakfast while waiting for our car. We had to rush to the airport on that morning extremely :-(

This hotel is like a dream. Room was beautiful with stunning views. Breakfast will never be topped in my LIFE. Lovely pool, outdoor lake and jacuzzi were great fun. Amazing 4 course supper. Very lovely staff, plenty of towels. So close to the Christmas Market, and you can hear the church clock chiming.

On arrival there was nowhere to get food at ALL. No room service, restaurant booked, everywhere in town closed, adventure Market closed. Apparently this was because we arrived on a Monday. However since no one let us know in advance we spent a day travelling and then had to get back in the car to drive 7km to get snacks from a petrol station. I really feel this is something the hotel should have warned us about. We saw several other couples who were caught out too, and it was only 7pm. This was quite stressful. Also the hotel charges extra for parking and it is very expensive.

we visited the Hotel restaurant for a dinner it was a bit disapointment, wine and soup was good however the main food, rib eye steak I really don’t recommend. Personal don’t speak English.

Amazing time we spent there, fully recommend. Staff is extremely helpful, the room was elegant, clean and comfy. Great spa experience with a breathtaking view from the pool and the jacuzzi. 10/10

St Wolfgang is like Disney Land meets Sound of Music; it's a year-round Weihnachtsmarkt but the hotel... it's an oasis from the madness. The pools, the whirlpool, the saunas, the quiet rooms...omg. Perfect. OUR room and the view, delightful. Great, great, great service. Including letting us take up a bottle of wine from the restaurant. We got an amazing deal on the room... for this hotel, anyway.

The restaurant was less than exciting. Downright boring, to be exact.

The whole floating bathing area is just wonderful, wonderful! It was a genius idea. The staff was super helpful and understanding. Overall the hotel is a place you can stay for couple days and not leaving at all, actually, a destination on it's own.

A small suggestion: replace the cups in the room with bigger ones. These are for a coffee, a bigger teacup at the evening would make a bigger smile :) Also, the 6 EUR parking fee, considering the price of the accomodation, could be included, with possible upgrade.

Excellent location, great "floating spa" area with direct access to the lake, very comfy and spacious room. The whole place has a certain style to it although unfortunately it does not always live up to its aspirations (see below)

Staff was quite inexperienced and did not coordinate among themselves (probably to be expected right after Covid lockdown but still). Floating spa area got crowded to the point where it was rather tough to find an empty sunchair. Our room was above the town square which was full of people partying until late, no insulation meant it was rather hard to fall asleep. Breakfast was fine (nice atmosphere, lots of choices) but hardly any service and really bad espresso.
