The size of the room was excellent, very comfortable full size beds, the view was breathtaking, breakfast was always fresh and plenty of change and variety. They rooms were also very clean and the housekeeping staff were efficient and very friendly. The shuttle was a bonus and a lot of times were provided. The location for pick up and drop off was ideal and marina/main piazza easily accessible. Also great access for the ferries.Parking was very easily accessed as well. The staff made the stay incredible a special thanks to Laura and Ivan who were always warm, welcoming, accommodating, informative and helpful!

The hotel was comfortable and had a lovely view. I only used the pool once briefly which was a nice relaxing area. It was a bonus having the free shuttle service into the town centre. The times the shuttle ran worked well for us. We only had lunch once at the property which was very nice and big portion sizes, great value for money. The breakfast was ok, it was nice enough to start the day. When we went for a day trip the hotel packed us a breakfast to take with us.

The properly was very clean however I felt it could do with modernising. It is very outdated (like most hotels in sorrento). I love the Italian feel but this could be achieved with new furniture.

The location was superb, the free shuttle bus service to down was exceptional and a reason on its own to stay it this property. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful.

Our room was fine but a little small, I would have expected a slightly bigger room for the money. They need to remove shower curtains from their baths and replace them with glass panels, shower curtains are just so unhygienic and so outdated

Location was further from centre of Sorrento than we thought . Shuttle bus should be more frequent

Wonderful location with an amazing view (weather permitting) across the bay to Vesuvius. Great location away from the noise of the city centre, but only a short shuttle journey away. The staff were exceptionally helpful, including arranging a last minute taxi to the airport. Surprise birthday treat, so well done to the hotel for being so diligent and remembering. The "quadruple" provided two double beds providing good comfort for two. The shuttle bus was a massive plus point, although we walked back from the town centre and it was only 30 minutes. The evening meals were very varied and exceptional value when you consider the quality of the hotel and the location. The breakfast was varied and provided a good start to the day.

The balcony area was a little dangerous (slippy) after rain and care and caution needed on wet tiles. Bathroom is a little dated and a decent shower should be provided. Fresh orange juice should be provided at breakfast .... not "kiddies pop".

Room bit small. Balcony very small and view (room booked as 'garden view') largely obscured by large shrubs (which were trimmed down on our last day).

The staff vey friendly and very helpful , from Front Desk to Bar & Breakfast staff along with Housekeeping & Shuttle Drivers, nothing is a problem. Fab view from breakfast room and dinner Balcony , great views all round. The pool is also a great spot to refresh and cool off.

The room was spacious and with a great view. The breakfasts are good, the dinners great and good value too.

The bedroom view from our balcony was breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were also very polite and helpful.

I am vegan and it is always difficult to find a good range of options. If they offered vegetable butter besides dairy butter, it would give me an opportunity to eat toast.

The only downside to this hotel is that it is hard to take a spontaneous walk/run around town due to it being on a hill - and technically, not in Sorrento. Otherwise, this was a great place!

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in the past 6 weeks travelling through Turkey, Greece, and Italy. The simplicity of leaving our car with them for the 4 days we stayed and let the free shuttle bus from the hotel to take us to the centre of town and main train terminal was great. Staff was awesome and cleanliness was great too. Probably will never come back to Sorrento but I would highly recommend this hotel to any future travellers. Pat

The staff was very nice and friendly. They obliged us to give a big and better room when we weren't satisfied. Also the breakfast spread is nice with many pastries options.
