La camera era dotata di tutti i comfort e lo staff molto cordiale e preparato.
L’hotel non è in una posizione centrale ma ha il parcheggio esterno gratuito e la fermata del bus per il centro subito di fronte.
Colazione varia è adatta ad ogni gusto.

La stanza era pulita, accogliente e calda.
Molto bella l’atmosfera del ristorante.
Purtroppo la stanza era molto rumorosa, sia per quanto riguarda la strada di fronte ma anche in corridoio.
Un ristorante ho avuto freddo, infatti dopo aver mangiato sono corsa in stanza.

The pool closes at 7pm during summer, the bathrooms were a little dirty.

Nothing - we checked out 30 minutes after checking into the hotel. The rooms were dirty with used slippers on the floor. Beds not made and no air conditioning working. For those guests who were given alternate rooms they were still at the front desk complaining about the Air Conditioning.
Lobby was suffocating. Rooms were not ready when we checked in. Air conditioning was not working and most guests at the front desk were complaining and after waiting for 30 mins we checked out right away.

The pool looked nice but it was closed for maintenance
The pool and sunbathing area were closed. The carpets were stained in corridors. The windows in the room let lots of noise in. The hotel is immediately behind a petrol station and the hotel front is ugly and not consistent with what is shown on the website.

Everything was really nice and convenient. The white flooring and the large windows facing the pool are great.

Room was clean and beds comfy.
Breakfast was awful, not worth the time.
Swimming pool was closed even though it was still warm when we travelled: 27/28 degrees (should be advertised as closed). Location is a good 20 minute taxi away from main area of Florence. We stayed in room 221 and woke up both mornings choking due to the smell of cigarette smoke- mentioned to reception after first morning, they weren’t bothered.

Staff were not accommodating and unfriendly. If you don't speak Italian, especially among Asian people, this place is not for you to stay.My first time travel to this country with my family having little one with us. This place only gave Italians a bad impression.
I was asking nicely where I could find a store near the hotel to buy an adaptor as they couldn't get us help to have our mobiles charged, but they just seemed to not care.and the water from shower when using it ,make the bathroom flood.

location is a fair way out of Florence, you can get bus straight outside the hotel however this is 25 to 30min journey!!

We were upgraded to a junior suite which was spacious with room to work
There were no managers to be seen and the staff didn't seem to have been trained. The hotel doesn't seem to be being maintained properly
