The location and area around is good, metro really close, shopping 24/7 possible, great restaurants near by
communication via mail unacceptable, equipment old not working (shower & bed damaged), extrem small, dirty, smelly loud rooms (possible to hear all the neighbor room talking), price over 250 Euro/ night for 9m² room, hotel bill tax fraud by booking via booking.com!

Loved the granite paved entrance with sandstone walls and bougainvillea plants.
Toilet was not great, continously leaking, and the shower head was held up by string. Nice balcony but at least weed the flower beds.

absolutely nothing this place is a dive and a scam
we booked this place as it advertised a pool which by the way is filled with dirty green swamp water so can not be used
the images on the website are nothing like what you end up in the room stank of urine it was noticeably dirty including fridge bed and bathroom area even the balcony was dirty
it’s like the place has been abandoned upon our check in we went up to the room and straight away there was a dirty mop bucket by our door it was really dark in the corridors like bulbs had gone
we then went to reception to ask about the location of pool to which the reception just looked at us clueless after explaining it over and over again about us wanting to use a pool he finally realised what we were saying but then said it won’t be ready for a week!
if we had of known this we would have booked somewhere else
this hotel is honestly the worst place I’ve ever stayed
I have a lot more images also of everything mentioned too
I would like a refund as this ruined our whole holiday and is not as advertised on the site

actually nothing

This was a COMPLETE misrepresentation of what was advertised! Furniture was broken, as was the shower head. The furniture and bathroom fixtures had cigarette burns. No breakfast. The pool was disgustingly dirty. The place was a dump.
Everything.

Nice bed, with good location and nice staff, would recommend
The floors were a bit dusty and the room smelled a bit bad, nothing too serious, just needed to ventilate out the air.

good location near the metro
pictures are way different from reality, the room that you get are much more dated and toilets are quiet dirty

The bathroom and the fact that they threw some of our stuff like my milktea cup from Florence and my sisters deodorant. We went out to go somewhere then when we came back at night they were missing. Our stuff was all like touched and moved.

The neighborhood reflects real Rome, and the real face of the people, not the tourist traps.
Public transport is very close by.
Two occasions required staff to remove cockroaches from the rooms.
The pool was unavailable until the last day, during a
Heatwave.
Breakfast room facilities were below average and the coffee machine wouldn't work despite taking the money.

We arrived at the hotel and the receptionist/owner did not spoke a word in english, he placed us in a very big room but it was boiling! The ac was not working well, the floor was too hot to step on as we were on top of the boilers of the pool and the heaters. Then at 3 am someone from the reception turned off the ac and it was steaming hot in the room we complained and we moved to another room the next day, then the toilet was not flushing in the second room and we were moved in a third room! The pool was disgusting, really green and dirty, (I booked this hotel for the pool!). Also, is really far away from city centre such as colosseum, fontana di trevi, etc,. A bad experience, sadly.

the hotel was nice, the staff was friendly, the room was small but cozy, the room was cleaned daily, I really liked the pool, it was not big but you could swim comfortably. and the hotel was well connected with two subway stations very close to the hotel, it was not central but in about 20 minutes you could reach the center. although it did not have breakfast service, there was a cafeteria on the corner with very tasty food.

one night a cockroach came into the room.

Handy to the metro stations and to supermarkets.
The location was handy with a good coffee shop just up the road which made things comfortable, and local shopping centres kept everyone entertained.
It would have been good to know some of the facilities were not available prior to booking, so other opportunities could be looked at.
A couple of issues with cockroaches in the bathroom did not amuse my family member.

The room was dirty and smelly. We could not open the window because all the fans were outside our room. We asked to have an another room. Not really what we were expecting for such a price

THE WORST HOTEL WE EVER BEEN TO!
SO DIRTY! The pool is dirty and didn’t work and they informed us on arrival only! Room is super dirty and not clean at all !
Smell like something rotten and AC didn’t help at all!

Worst hotel ever. We started by waiting 30 min for a receptionist who would rather talk on the phone than serve his paying customers. Subsequently, we are assigned a room that smells incredibly much of smoke and is practically a pigsty! We then try to get the room changed, at first they say no one is available, but after we do not just leave the reception, they assign us a new room. The new room smells really earthy, as if it is mold or mildew - but everything was better than the smoked room we were first allocated. We tried to stay 1 night !!! 1 Night after which we have to admit it is not a human place to live that smells, the water does not work properly, you can hear when others in the building pull out, Air-con makes noise like a jet and our window was not a window but a door directly next to the breakfast room, on top of this awfull experience, the night watch at the reception could not speak one word of English, and he almost burst in to our room late at night - probably because he thougt we weren’t home, so he could look at our stuff. We have now checked out, after which the receptionist says we are not the first and probably not the next 100 who has complained about this.
STAY AWAY from this Hotel, worst in Europe.

Oh, one thing was good: it takes only 3 minutes to walk to the Metro A. So you can get into the city very quickly.
The hotel receptionist was drunk when I arrived. He made me wait almost 45 minutes because he did not manage to check me in. The room was unexpectedly small, smaller than stated on the website. Two medium sized suitcases were already too much, so it was impossible to move around in the room. If the curtains were not drawn, everyone could see into the room. The volume was unbearable - I could hear people breathing outside my window.
And the worst thing was: the cleaning lady left my key in the door (I was out all day) - anyone could walk into my room unnoticed and steal everything... Since there were no surveillance cameras either, this could have happened easily. When I asked the receptionist about this, he downplayed the issue and pretended that no one had gone into my room.
In addition, the reception is not always staffed and you also like to wait more than 30 minutes to get your key back.
Or, you do as I did and just take your own key and no one would notice.
I could have just as well taken all the other keys....
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
