Location was perfect just outside the pedestrian gate of the Base and close enough to the train station to walk.

A little expensive for a modest hotel.

Very friendly staff and definitely a good quality/price/service ratio. Excellent location for my needs and budget.

The only real complaint that I have was there was no soap in the room's bathroom. Breakfast was ok but could have been better and one or two cable news program in the room would have been nice.

The entire staff were terrific! They allowed us to check in a bit early, kept our luggage stored in a locked area so we could attend an event after check-out. Location is handy, if you need to be close to the military base. Breakfast was mostly breads/rolls/desserts, with some yogurt and cereals. One of the best Gelato places is just a 2 minute walk across the street.

The decor of the building is very dated... more 1970's, so if you are expecting modern, you won't find it here.

Space was excellent for the family, and we appreciated the crib, it was the perfect size for our son who is 12mos. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety and the customer service was excellent. I also liked the security and key entry. The hotel was stroller and wheelchair accessible which is unique in the area. We were walking distance from 4-5 restaurants, most open until 10pm. Very close and accessible to Caserma Ederle, 5min driving either direction which was convenient for the reason of my visit

Parking space could be improved , just because it is next to a busy street. However, we found a space each time.

Breakfast was fine. I enjoyed my daily coffe with the croissant.
