the rooms were great, clean and modern
the pool wasnt open so it was a bit limiting, the bar closed at 11pm so no where to get a late night relaxed drink. The staff were not very friendly, or accommodating.

room was comfortable and lovelt decor
the reception staff were not very helpful, we tried to get room service but there was no answer or from the reception despite several attempts

And breakfast were excellent
The view from our balcony ( skip full of rubbish )
Also swimming pool was closed and we were not told before our stay

The hotel is gorgeous. The setting is fantastic. Clean. Nice room. Pool. Near everything in Sotogrande. Modern. Nice design. Complete breakfast included. Stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. Very impressive.

the location and the room size
my twin brother booked another room with his girlfriend.
2 days before checkin in, his girlfriend got sick and
decides not to come to the trip with us.
My brother and I tried to cancel one of the rooms and sleep in one of the rooms but even by sending all the necessay proof regarding his girlfriend’s health status, the hotel manager decided to charge one night of the second room. Pathetic.

recent renovations are excellent and the rooms are spacious and very good. shame the pool was closed and the Padel courts need some love but very nice

Room smelt damp and musty. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly

the rooms are massive, good aircon, the staff are really good (especially the guy in the pool bar), fab cocktails and good food available from the pool bar, really green, pool was never busy and clean. Peaceful and plenty of sun beds. showed all the English football games in the pool bar, even the 3pm kick offs.
the bathroom is a bit dated but we found it charming

Fantastic Hotel and great breakfast at an extra €12 each. Room was extremely clean with a huge comfortable bed. very quiet in the hotel with air con. Pool is great and towels are supplied at pool which is good. Free parking on site which is great and only 4/5 min walk to Las Cabanas restaurant which is excellent.
You have to drive to the beach or into Sotogrande as the hotel is the other side of motorway. No issue but awareness of this as location is secluded

Breakfast and the outside bar
Beds were very comfortable
When we arrived a wedding party was also checking in. There was only one on reception to check everybody in and so we waited in reception for over half an hour only to be given the wrong room. We were told to come back in an hour and they would sort out our room. We finally got into our room around 6 pm!!
Also, the pool was not open which was very disappointing.
Our room needed attention. The sink was chipped and the surround of the bathroom door was coming away from the wall!
