A good location closed to Alhambra, very clean and comfortable. A very good place to stay with the price they offer.

The elevators are small and could cause some delay if a group of people trying to use at the same time.

Location to Alhambra is superb. Good facilities and friendly staff. Also has parking area.

Very large family room with sofa bed in separate lounge. Good location for drive to Sierra Nevada or taxi ride to Alhambra or town centre. Clean. Soya milk for vegan breakfast. Underground parking. Good value

Balcony door didn't lock.

Nice clean and modern hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked two adjoining rooms as there didn't seem to be any junior suites that could accomodate two adults and two (adult) kids (12 and 14) however the price was decent enough. Around 30 mins walk from the center of town on a flattish route. 35 mins walk uphill to the Alhambra. 2 min drive to the Nevada Shopping centre. We booked this hotel partly because they offered a decent private parking as we didnt want to be driving about or using public parkings. Also has paid Spa facilities as an extra. Right on the start of the main road to Sierra Nevada. Amazing that one of the rooms was well prepared for a person with special needs. Will definately return.

The room was fairly hot and the AC is disabled at this time of the year. After a while we found a dial on the wall that controlled the heating for the room and it had been set to max. Was surprised that the windows can be tilted or opened fully (they are petty big windows) which can be dangerous for kids though was a bonus for us when the room was so hot.

Nice modern hotel, good breakfast, great location for skiing if you're planning on staying in Granada. Really good value for money compared to anything in sierra nevada

Great location, close to Alhambra, bus 13 up the road to the right, Granada, bus 33 from the stop 200m to the left, and 34 minutes by car to Sierra Nevada. Great selection for buffet breakfast. Good size rooms.

No air con or means of stopping the heating in February. Needed the window constantly open to maintain a comfortable temperature. Room 412

Location perfect for skiing and quick cheap taxis to centre

Beds were fairly hard but thats being picky

the hotel was lovely, modern and clean. the staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent; lots of variety and open until a good time making it accessible for all party members according to their best suited time

the bar closed rather early and as there was no a great deal open around it would have been nicer to be able to enjoy drinks a little longer. pool table & table football had to be paid for which was a shame as the hotel didn’t really offer any other activities on the premises

lovely hotel, nicely situated for us

we have stayed at this hotel several times and love it. we do feel that this trip the breakfast was not great, food was cold & overcooked, refilling was slow and tables being cleared was very slow. the quality of some of the food was poor

The breakfast was great, we also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool.

Above all the staff we superb!!! Room was kept very clean. We got the room with a balcony and had a lovely view!

The pool could do with a bit of attention, as the ladders were loose, and the bottom of the pool needs a clean. Could do with a kettle in the room to make a cuppa in the mornings, but that's a trivial thing.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly stuff.

They have a car garage but they still make the hotel guests pay for parking there.

Staffing is really friendly.
