clean, safe location

Great location and facilities - perfect for a short or long stay. Everything is well maintained and you are always guaranteed to enjoy yourself and the summer. I was lucky to catch an amazing jazz quartet on a Friday night 🎵🎵

Customer services are to be desired, indeed. First, the Reception will not book a taxi for you unless you request it 24 hours beforehand - they won’t even try! Secondly, it took 30 minutes for my simple breakfast to arrive at my table… apparently, it was ready but forgotten. I had to look for it and ask the Manager 😳 And finally, there is no sign anywhere at the entrance not to wear jewellery to the pool. Not in Spanish and certainly NOT in English… I forgot to take my silver rings off and now they’re ruined because of the chemicals used in a pool. There is a sign in the changing room but most people come from their rooms and do not go to the changing rooms. All staff are very pleasant and polite - it’s the client focussed training that lacks, and it shows.

The property is well situated and very well maintained. The restaurant is well run and I didn’t understand the previous comments about the staff not being friendly enough - they’re friendly in a typical Spanish way. The food was very good and not overpriced (book your dinner in advance in the summer). My room was comfortable, great memory foam mattress, water and juice free of charge in the fridge daily. The clinic is awesome!

Wine list needs considerable improvement urgently! And the indoor plants need watering every week in this hot weather :-) One minor observation: give the staff some decent customer service training regularly! It will go a long way in a place like this. I didn’t have any problems, just to be clear - but the lack of sophisticated training does show and it’s so easy and not expensive to address!

I loved everything! Great location, immediately across from the beach, with lovely grounds, a beautiful pool, spacious well appointed rooms, incredible views, delicious breakfast and lunch with great service and wonderful ambience!

it was a health spa, so the breakfast was very small but healthy. No bar !!

The location is perfect,, wonderful view over the beach, just aside a superb walkway with nature. The facilities to relax (sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi etc) are fantastic. The staff very welcoming.

The wifi wasn't not OK at the second floor. Very bad surprise for a 4star hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable and we enjoyed the stay. The hotel is a bit shabby chic, but growing a bit shabby, the worn and faded main stair carpet is a typical. Loved sitting around the sea water pool, ever so relaxing and going back in time.

The restaurant tries to be very health, which we must congratulate. However a lot of meals lacked any sort of flavour albite a few meals were very good. A very personal dislike is the staff setting up the tables around you for breakfast whilst you are still eating, very disrespectful to the guests.

The hotel location, the views, the swimming pool and general good vibe in the hotel. Good access to the hotel. Very clean

Breakfast was not as good as one would expect in this level of hotel, parking on site is restricted, however you can find Street parking nearby
