Only drawback was their coffee machine. Almost tasteless so we reverted to using our own tea bags. Also, sadly my wife told waitress it was my 70th birthday. She said she would bring a candle? with dessert but forgot. I was OK but my wife was disappointed. Other than these points place is fabulous and right on too of town centre for evening action and beach just across the one way street from hotel pool which is also very ambient.😁

Our room was spacious and there was a good sized balcony with a good sea view. However the woodwork needed repainting as was the case of the whole hotel. It all looked a bit tired. A good selection for breakfast but not able to eat outside which was a shame. The location was great, right on the sea front and only a few minutes walk into the port and old part of town.

The entire hotel needs a spruce up as do the garden areas.

Clean and bright room. Big and comfortable bed. Excellent variety for breakfast. Really friendly staff. When we arrived at mid day, the room was ready for us so we checked in earlier than expected. We much appreciated that.

I liked pretty much everything. I would like to mention that the air conditioner on the room was on when we arrived so it was quite cold.

Kettle in room so we could make tea etc Beds were like rock Several of the evening restaurant staff were rude , Looked miserable and didn’t interact with us. I feel because we were English, food was not good either

The breakfast buffet was poor - toaster so slow massive queue every day - just ham and cheese on cold buffet - scrambled eggs and fried eggs ok - bacon barely cooked - no mushrooms or cooked tomorrows - fruit just apples and oranges and plums no melon or berries -

Location is perfect. Unique Beachfront hotel in Palamos Spacious and clean rooms. I recommend staying in a sea view with balcony room. It has a very good buffet breakfast included in the rate. The hotel restaurant is also great.
