En prima hotel voor een prima prijs.

De enige klacht (best wel belangrijk) wij hadden een bed waar je telkens maar elkaar toe rolde. Het matras is echt aan vervanging toe. Onze kamer zat nat de lift en da's best gehorig.

ya se que es un 2 estrellas, pero una buena reforma no le afectaría, la piscina estaba un poco sucia, no del momento del día, si q las paredes y suelo se podía ver ya un poquitín el verde

The staff, very friendly and helpful.

It was dirty. The towels were never washed and neither were the bedsheets. Not even when we entered were they fresh. We were throwing them on the ground and it felt like they weren't putting new ones, only switching them around between rooms. First day: check the towels, don't smell fresh, open them, hairs on them and stains.

The location of the hotel was close to everything in the town. There was a fan.

Bathroom was a little bit outdated. This hotel is running remotely from another hotel, so basically it means the hotel you're staying at is a ghost building. I think it's kinda weird and it rather to have at least someone there. Also, it's not mentioned you should go to a different hotel to get the keys.

Room was better than expected. A bit run down but very comfortable and with ample heating for a cold night.

The internet didn't work which is an issue for us as we work while travelling. The receptionist didn't seem very interested when we reported it, and she never got back to us with a follow up. It still didn't work the next morning. The response indicated a lack of care. No alternative was suggested (such as using the facilities at the other hotel where you check in).
