Hotel an perfekter Lage für eine Städtereise - sehr grosses, schönes Eckzimmer - sehr sauber - super Frühstück - hilfsbereites Personal an der Reception

Sauberkeit ( Haare im Bad ) 2 Stunden Wartezeit um ins Zimmer zu kommen, trotz angemeldeter verspäteter Anreise, da hilft auch kein Gutschein für die Bar, Personal war unfreundlich, Rückruf zur Fertigstellung des Zimmers erfolgte nicht!

Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltısı iyidi. Eğer alışveriş merkezi veya mağazalara yakın olmak istiyorsanız konumu o açıdan iyi.

Odamızda terlik ve bornoz yoktu. İlk odamızda söylediğimizde ikiside geldi. Oda değişikliği yaptık diğer odada söylediğimizde sadece terlik geldi. Sehpa üstünde 1 şişe su vardı fakat bitince ertesi gün yenilenmedi. Kahve yada bitki çayı yapmak için kettle ve kahve makinesi yanında ayrı bir su şişesi yoktu. Mini bar boştu içinde en azından alkolsüz içecek olmalı ödemesi artı olarak çıkışta yapılır. Boş bir dolap çok saçma.

Room was on a floor that was undergoing renovation, with paint buckets and masking tape everywhere (we where however In no way disturbed by noise from the renovation). Room was a bit dated, and unfortunately the bed was squeaky and very uneven. (Presumably up for replacement).

The elevators did not work! We need to up over 4 times on foot to the 9th floor And on the rest of the days, leave one elevator active for all guests The gym is very small and poor When paying for a hotel of this level I would expect the value of my standard of living

I had a large "junior suite" g pretty good

One of the 3 lifts was not operating for the vast majority of my 16 night stay there. This was problematic as the hotel has frequent conferences with many people attending the first floor and using the lift, as well as staying in the hotel. Some chairs in the coffee shop on the first floor were obviously left over from the Sofitel operator and were in need of reupholstery as not so comfortable. Lobby could have more light and a little more decoration, possibly flowers or something, but the Dorint is not meant to be 5 star I suppose

It is expected from a 5-star hotel that the room will be equipped and they will make sure that there will be paper napkins and there will be no shortage, stationery and pen, that there will be no dust on the table. There was a conference during the week and the elevators were a disaster, very low availability and very busy and the wait for the elevator was several minutes. Really really bad. It is advisable when there is a conference to inform the other guests that they will not be tolerated.

Due to short time, couldn’t enjoy the breakfast.

Cleanliness was not complete, wondering if it was cleaned at all.

The location is really good almost all shopping places are at walking distance. It is almost 20 minutes drive away from Alexander Platz and some other key locations.

There is nothing such to dislike about property for me.

1. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and wanted to extend our stay for more nights. The reception told us that there were mo rooms available, though booking had them - that is because the system is not renewed, we can give you a cheaper room but for twice the price. So we booked on booking and wow availability and price was there. 2. When we extended for another night we closed the bill for parking and breakfast with cash, but did not get any receipt. When checking out we were told that we didn’t pay for anything, though both my husband and I remember paying. We were refused to see the security camera videos. So our word for their word with no evidence. We payed again! to stop the circus and yet again didn’t get any receipt! Two different bookings! We couldn’t open a new one until we payed and closed the previous one!! Frauds and completely unprofessional managers and reception workers! 3. Out of the 5 nights - 1 tome room cleaning. 4. Breakfast not worth it.

Great location. Very spacious and quiet room. Travelled with a young child and we were positively surprised: in addition to the requested cot, the hotel provided changing mattress ready on the bed and a small child courtesy set. These were very welcome attentions.

The pillows weren't comfortable and were all the same, thereby leaving no freedom to choose if more or less support is needed.

Hotel Dorint is a great stay ! I will start with the rooms: Big rooms. We had a 5th floor room to the main street and no special noise. Bathroom is great, bed was comfortable and if you are travelling with family, you can ask for connecting doors. Room have safe, iron and all other things you need. And as mentioned room are BIG ! (What we got) Staff is also great and location location location !!! If you have an early checkout you can ask for breakfast lunchbox to take with you. I highly recommend this hotel!

Elevators ! One was out of service and seems that only 2 (out of 3) is not enough.
