They don't supply formal breakfast but fridge is well stocked and a microwave is available in the room. The shower was advertised as a power shower it was in fact electric but worked ok. You get 20% discount at local restaurant which is excellent for dinner and breakfast. Situated in nice part of Swansea .

What was absolutely unacceptable was text messages from the owner asking us to review the stay with a 100% review and saying don't do a review if with can't give him 100%. He stated that they had been " deliberately targeted with far from genuine reviews" and people were doing it to get their money back. He also said to book directly with them for a cheaper room rate. I think this throws in to doubt reviews of this property. I have their text messages on my phone to prove this is a genuine review . Their response to some negative reviewers in the past seem somewhat defensive. In respect of the accommodation we felt it was over priced but that's a personal view. Trying to eat breakfast sat on the bed is uncomfortable as there is no table etc. The room was advertised as having a power shower but is was not. However, it worked ok. The room needs some TLC. Unique and stylish decor transports you away from you day to day life. Location is great for visiting the bars of Uplands. We stayed to go to an event at Singleton Park and it all worked out perfectly. Great communication, advice and service from P&J. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at the Mirador, which managed to be both unique, stylish and gave us the best night's sleep in years.! This truly is a great find and close to some lovely bars and restaurants. We stayed in the Egyptian room which was stunning. We especially loved the walk in shower. The hosts were a joy to deal with and we are already planning come back next month. Spotlessly clean. Phil kept us informed with local info of our stay, and also 20% discount off a local restaurant (Inc drinks). Nice shower. Couldn't fault any of it really. We even had a free room upgrade on the day of arrival, and complimentary snacks in the fridge, all you would need for a continental breakfast.

A couple of flights of stairs to our room on the top floor, but it was worth it so wouldn't really say it was "what didn't you like" ,just trying to be informative for people who may have trouble climbing stairs. We managed it ok

Rooms are fun and interesting but most importantly clean. Massive amount of food left in the fridge for breakfast each day.

This Boutique Town House is unique and truly beautiful. The communication with Philip was excellent and detailed. We were upgraded (free) to the Oriental room which we highly recommend. The bed is so comfortable. We had a separate sitting room with fridge, microwave, kettle etc and sofa to watch TV. The fridge was stocked full with fresh milk, and a delicious continental breakfast. You also get a whopping 20% discount at the local restaurant/bar across the main road, 100 yards from Mirador. If I could give this Boutique Town House a higher score than 10/10 I would. Thank you for having us to stay. Great value for money.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mirador Town House and wow where do I start. From start to finish what a wonderful experience from the booking to departing a very smooth and well informed journey. Phillip and Jeanette kept us updated via text message which was great. Directions, how to enter the building, using a code at the front door, to suggestions of places to visit and very local Restaurants . It was my 60th Birthday treat off my Children and I was far from disappointed, the room was immaculate and spotlessly clean. I loved the Afican theme and it was very well done. The bed was clean and comfortable, the en- suite was immaculate and the room was lovely and warm. Then to my surprise the hosts had supplied a Birthday cake and bottle of Prosecco!! Also had Birthday Banners around and a note wishing me a Happy Birthday. The fridge was well stocked with Vegan items as my Daughter had pointed out we were both vegan. The area of Uplands felt very safe to walk around in the Evening and it only took 20mins to walk to the Theatre. We had a fantastic time made even better by the very pleasant and helpful hosts. I would definitely return and would highly recommend a visit. Thankyou Phillip and Jeanette for helping make my Birthday a perfect one, see you again soon :)

Phillip and Jeanette were so helpful with their welcoming texts and reply’s. The bed was super comfy didn’t want to get out of it. The continental breakfast and snacks went down a treat. We can’t wait to come back and stay in another room. Quirky and diffrent just what we wanted.

Amazingly well dressed room around a fun theme. Great range of food and drinks provided for breakfast. Nice large bathroom. Comfy sofa and nice little bottle of fizz on arrival. Great range of restaurants very nearby plus a great discount at one of them.

We felt really welcome. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Kept us up to date all the time. Most comfortable bed we have had away. The breakfast was more than enough. Even brought some home for the teenager

What a stunning hotel! The room was beautiful! The complimentary breakfast in the fridge was absolutely amazing! I can't rave enough about how comfortable the bed was! We didn't want to leave! The 20% off at Brewstone was a bonus! My partner and I had an absolutely amazing evening and will definitely be returning for a romantic break!

This was a beautiful unique property, but also like home from home. The bed was extremely comfortable and the fridge full of breakfast items was a very nice touch. Owners clearly go above and beyond for their guests.

Querky, cosy, comfortable and clean. Lovely environment and excellent supplies for breakfast. They'd thought of everything and ensuring our privacy was one of their main issues. Go there, you'll love it!

Parking was kerbside, depending on other visitors to the area! Stairs were ok but could be a problem for some - we were at the top of the house and in our 70s but managed ok.
