Perfect location, size of rooms good for family of 4
Staff were all nice enough
The adjoining door (could hear the people next door which wasn’t great as they had the tele on quite loud till midnight and could hear them talking over the top at points)
Our shower didn’t drain properly
The toilet seat lid didn’t like to stay up so both my husband and my son had to hold it while they had a wee and actually I had to hold it up until I sat down and then it seemed to stay up.
Breakfast was ok just didn’t hit the spot can’t quite out our finger on why.

The size of the rooms were very good and initially clean,
The heating and air condition were in good condition.
The bed liner should have been changed daily since I was paying for the room daily as well as hoovering and cleaning.
The TV channels were restricted instead of having the full freeview channels.
The shower head was very disappointing.

Room was big and bed was a King size. Ate supper and it was fine. Location was convenient to Heathrow. 9 miles Parking was good
Shower was a little dangerous with a curved bathtub to stand in. Didn't like the way we had to order food in restaurant for Dinner.

The service was great, the rooms were a great size and joined, which was a bonus! Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty on offer. Overall, I can not fault this hotel on anything, was a pleasure to stay at. Thank you.

Reasonable size room with a good bathroom. Breakfast is buffet style, with regularly replenished items.

Staff amazing. Nice touch with colouring books for children. Good good and great that you had vegetarian sausages. Would stay again.

The day shift receptionist was very nice and the bistro lady as well.
1. The night shift receptionist was very dry and lacked friendliness.
2. My mom’s room key became demagnetized, and they initially doubted her.
3. The bed was quite uncomfortable; I could almost feel the mattress springs.
4. It’s quite unfortunate that there’s no food available between 10:30 PM and 2 PM.

The fact that there was damp on the wall, the TV was so outdated I think Jesus was sacrificed on it. You would think in this day and age there would be smart TV’s. The shower was cold. The windows were closed however the amount of noise coming through was as though it was wide open. Completely ruined my night and I was not able to sleep.

Everything about this Hotel met my expectations,
The Staff were fantastic, The room was clean and expansive, food was good although a little expensive.
I would have given a 10 rating except for a salad served with my meal.
One thing I did not like was the salad I ordered with my meal, they used the outside leafs of the lettuce and they were going brown, all it consisted of was lettuce cucumber and tomato, hardly a salad.
