Pleasant Staff, Simple Surroundings, Great Bar Area, Welcoming, Dog Friendly, Service as required and delivered with a Smile, Nice location.. Would Return..

No Shower in Room, Decoration in Hotel areas (Some) a bit tired, but still perfectly acceptable.

Beautiful property and fabulous room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked and efficient service. Lots of doggies although we didn’t have one it was lovely to see the dog friendly environment. It was my second choice of property as my previous one cancelled on me a few weeks before we were due to visit, going to a gig locally, however I was not disappointed it was beautifully located looking out over the Malvern Hills from the dining room. We also had a lovely lunch as we arrived a little early which was also very nice. Its always good to see local people having lunch there too! Of which there were quite a few. Definitely will visit again if we come that way again. The railway station is literally 5 mins away from the hotel which is very convenient although we didn’t use it ourselves it would be something I would consider if I didn’t want the drive.

There was not anything I can fault about the property. It was a lovely little mini break and would definitely have a longer stay there.

Shuch a pleasant surprise I know it states dog friendly but it really is the best we stayed in around Europe.

Friendly, relaxed and easy parking.

Pleasant staff with a lovely setting. Rooms were great and comfortable. Dinner was of a high standard and enjoyed, although breakfast was less impressive. I believe the chef had the morning off. Overall a smart hostelry and I will recommend to anyone heading to the Malvern Hills

Everything about the hotel was perfectly adequate and it was convenient for exploring the Malvern Hills.

I think calling itself a country house hotel is misleading when it is really a village pub

Delightful hotel. It has a Jacobean feel about it. The staff were extremely welcoming of our dog and they were very good with my little boy. Beautiful views of the Malvern Hills There was a vegetarian cooked breakfast available and breakfast was included in the price of the room.We only stayed one night and I would love to go again

Food excellent. Nice large garden to sit in

Room far too hot and radiator would not turn off. Could not sleep and felt overcome with the heat when in our room, despite having window open all day. Radiator needs fixing to be able to control heat.
