Very nice location, close to Heathrow airport.

Booked because it was cheap. Cold upon arrival and heating not turned on until evening. The family who own the property are rude and obnoxious. Had to pay £10 extra for late check out and this was only until 12 noon. Money had to paid through bank transfer or cash . The family who Owen the property complain about smoking yet signs indicate smoking is ok in the designated areas . There was a man who approached us drunk at the property stating he had previously stayed their over 25 years ago and was extremely intoxicated- can be unsafe if on your own . The bathroom has only a hand gel to use for washing your hands so I would suggest anyone to purchase their own if residing here

Property often smelt very odd. Heating is not on until the evening . It seems like it is owned by a family and the wife called me to accuse me of smoking yet it stated smoking is allowed in the Garden area. Lady was rude and passive . Her husband had to end up speaking with me since she was unable to remain professional .

Clean. Had everything to hand. New towels to replace the ones used. Easy access. Close to Legoland. Comfy beds.

Great place to stay for a couple of night's. It was nice to have the fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. The bus stop is right outside so it was very easy for us to get where we needed to be. It was clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely be back if we travel that way again.

It was a little hard to wash the plate's as the sink in our bathroom was very small. A lot of noise throughout the night with other guests using a shared bathroom.

Good location with free parking

The rooms were bit hit as there was no fan or ventilation during rain.
