location is great, rooms were sizeable and had a full kitchen - furniture was plentiful inside and out to be able to entertain our family.

our apartment needed a better clean and some upkeep - dirty marks on doors and walls, peeling ceiling that was slightly falling down in the bathroom, the main TV had no picture just sound and the bathroom power socket cover kept coming off when you pulled appliances out. nothing that stopped us enjoying our stay but those issues shouldn’t be there.

The location was top class. And the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The indoor heated pool was great as we got a few cloudy days.

Great location and exceptional customer service. The staff here are wonderful and helpful. This resort also has 2 great pools, a sauna and a well equipped gym!

Our room was quite dated but also very dirty. Even after complaining and asking for a second clean the floor of the room remained dirty, sticky and greasy. The bathroom plug was black with mould. This made our stay with a crawling toddler quite hard.

Clean, affordable, close to the mall, cafe's and restaurants and the beach. A great location.

Everything went well, staff were lovely, location was perfect, lovely unit very comfortable,we had a superb time, sorry we had to leave so soon , had to get back for business.

The toilet paper was the ONLY THING WE WERE NOT EXTREMELY HAPPY ABOUT. Poor quality toilet paper ends un costing you more because people use three times as much

Great size apartment for families. Kitchen is handy and beds are comfortable. Would recommend to ask staff to change bed configuration in booking because it cost $30 to change otherwise. Also towels are $5 to rent, we brought our own and there is washing machine and dryer, great setup. Restaurants downstairs are amazing! Honestly everything we tried was so good, we got takeaway alot because we had young kids and there is a s Dishwasher. Beach and supermarket is easy 5 minute walk, pacific fair shopping centre is 5 minute drive, really excellent location for families.

The bathrooms are a bit outdated and could do with a renewal. We had a weird smell in one of the toilets but this is easily fixed by staff, also occasionally we had bubbles come up from the drain in the bathroom, was not a huge issue and staff can fix it.
