pedimos una junior suite, era espaciosa, con un buen baño... De manera general, todo muy bien... muy satisfechos... eran buenos la televisión, el colchón, las almohadas.... muy bueno el desayuno en un bello lugar en el cuarto piso, con terraza disponible.

el fin de semana el desayuno fue en el cuarto piso, un bello lugar, pero el lunes estaba cerrado ese espacio y fue en el bar de abajo, con menos alimentos que los días anteriores... Como está muy en el centro, las vistas desde las ventanas no son muy lindas, sólo se ven los edificios de enfrente (tiene cuatro pisos el hotel)....

The hotel is not updated, curtains upholstery furniture all looks shabby etc etc

The spa and the employees were good.

Nice hotel, but the quality of the rooms are deficient. The wooden floor had a whole piece of wood missing, if you would take a shower then the whole bathroom would flood, the rooms in person are way too different than what you see in pictures.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The old hotel is attractive and room was comfortable. Decently quiet despite the loud restaurant music. Good breakfast.

Very disappointed at the demise of the previous restaurant. The all neon rock ‘n roll do is not appealing (can’t speak to the food, I didn’t eat there). Previous restaurant/cafe was charming, even elegant. The new version looks ugly, cheap, and corporate, and there’s no where to sit with a coffee to wait for a friend.

The rooms were a good size everywhere you went was spotless ,the staff were very helpfull and being part of rockerfellows a big bonus. Staff in the restaurant were helpfull especially ĺflorencia basol, which really made my stay enjoyable thanks

The bed for me was too hard

The people were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and inviting.

Was quoted a price for laundry to be done and was a lot more expensive on my bill. I wouldnt of had it done if I had relaised. My advise don't get laundry done unless money is no object. They changed my room as my room had a leak. Second room was much nicer first room was very small.

Beautiful building, architecturally lovely with great high ceilings. Wonderful staff, very welcoming and friendly. A special mention to Amadeo on reception, very helpful indeed!
