loved the huge verandas, living area very comfortable. nice little touches I.e bottle of wine on arrival, free transfer from airport, fresh bread every morning and little gifts left on New Year’s Eve. will definitely stay here again, fab base in a beautiful location..

beds could do with new more comfortable mattresses and apartments could do with a lick of paint

Peace and quiet. Close to the boardwalk and beach. No disturbance at all. I loved the fresh bread hanging on the the door every morning. What a nice gesture. A a bottle of wine in the room when arriving made me feel welcome. Apartment is small but had everything I needed. The bed was great. Slept like a baby.

For me it was perfect since I spend most of my time by the beach. If you look for a place where you spend most of the time by the pool this is not the place to go. The pool area and the pool is small but clean. Not a place for children that wants to play around.

Comfortable quiet apartments in the best location in Playa del Ingles

The property had a nice view from middle balcony ans very close to beach with easy access. there was free transport from airport to the property

having experienced a storm for nearly 2 days there was no atempt to clean sunbeds around the pool, and remained that way for remaining 4 days of my holiday,sunbeds were covered with dried sand after the storm and looked like muck. you had to pay extra €100 for sea view,which was not stated at time of booking. apartments were not very clean with dead cockroach "some form of Lizzards in basement like ground floor"apartment

Our second visit this year and we continued to enjoy the peaceful location and facilities. It's at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic noise and an easy level walk to the Cita centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. In the other direction the beach, Annexo bar and restaurant area and dunes is a short walk away. We found that everything in the apartment worked and it was very well equipped. Staff were always helpful. The terrace was large- enough space for a table with four chairs, two sun beds and a clothes airer. We didn't use the poolside area but it appeared very well maintained. Taxi pick-up on arrival was appreciated and daily delivery of rolls meant we could have a leisurely breakfast.

We didn't have any issues. Everything went smoothly.

Lovely quiet small apartment complex - although directly by the promenade, it was very quiet from passers by, and absolutely no traffic from the road behind! For us, the location was perfect - right by the beach, just a few minutes walk to the Cita Center & 15 minutes to Yumbo Center. The apartment (ours was Ground Floor, with terrace), though a little dated, was clean and comfortable, with lovely mattress toppers on the beds, comfortable sofa and huge flat screen satellite TV (with Netflix) and decent kitchenette. The garden and pool were lovely, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We would certainly consider staying here again!

There was some noise from other apartments above us at times, and a crying baby, but this was seldom and not a great problem, although we would be more likely to rebook if it was an Adults Only complex - being quite small we feel it is not best suited for families! The water pressure was sometimes weak, one evening & the following morning there was no cold water at all, only hot! Although the wi-fi quality was excellent, it was a bit of a pain having to log into it every time after being out of range, as it was a third party wi-fi provider.

Great views over the ocean and sand dunes. Within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Plenty of opportunities to take walks. Well-equipped apartment, plenty of kitchen electricals and comfortable seating. Smart tv was a bonus. Large terrace with plenty of space. Quiet.

Everything was very well .

First of all, the free shuttle from the airport to the door. It was a great help, as I was exhausted when I arrived. The apartment was super well equipped, the view was as promised, to the dunes. The property is very well located, near everything, the shops, the pharmacy and PCR laboratory, the long-distance buses and the walk-path leading to the dunes and the beach/restaurants. The bread I got every morning on my door was very helpful for not having to eat out more than once per day.

I guess it depends whom you got as upstairs neighbour, as you can hear every step made above you, and if you got someone really not considerate at all, you can end up with sleepless nights...so maybe best to request a top floor room. I would nevertheless go back, as this might be the issue with most properties there.

We were picked up in the airport and received by the staff at the hotel door. The property was great in terms of location and facilities but the best thing was how welcoming the staff was. They welcomed us with wine, champagne to celebrate Christmas and NYE, snacks, alcohol in gel, masks, maps of the surroundings, something so unexpected vs the other services we had encountered during our visits to the islands The location is incredible, is a couple of steps towards the beach (stairs to be honest) and you get to enjoy the views of the dunes all the time. The beach is VERY WIDE and you can really enjoy lots of space and protect yourself from occasional wind with the dunes. A couple of steps from the hotel you will find the shopping centres, full of restaurants, bike rentals, car rental, everything you need and walking towards the beach you can find several restaurants and facilities that make it very convenient. The room itself was very good, a great sofa bed for when you want to lazy around, a great balcony with chairs to enjoy the sun, private entrance and lots of security. The kitchen is also very complete and has a huge refrigerator. Fresh bread was delivered everyday on our door :) The swimming pool is relatively small but achieves its function: refresh you from the hot sun. There is a hot tub available which was closed due to COVID restrictions.

There is nothing I disliked about the property. The bathroom is small but is compensated with the size of the living room, so nothing to complain! Note: wouldn't recommend this part of the island for people with walking restrictions. You need to go through several stairs in order to get to the beach.

Staff were superbly useful. lovely balcony, fresh bread every day, sea view but partial, close to beach and restaurants.

For me, it was just a little too far from the centre as we like a variety of shops and nightlife. For most people this would be perfect.
