The accommodation is central enough and close to the ferry terminal (just a 10 minutes walk). There is a shopping opportunity in the nearby shopping center. For early leavers there's Breakfast to go.

I don't think I ever had such an unmotivated and uncommunicative receptionist. It also seemed that this young lady felt disturbed by me checking in, that was probably because a friend of her was sitting in the lobby with her, having dinner from a nearby fast food restaurant. She got up, went behind her reception desk, gave me a form to fill out, then gave me the room key, no information on breakfast, how to get to my room, check out times or anything else. I then had to change the room as the first one wouldn't lock (there was something wrong with the door). When I told the receptionist, she stood up, went to the elevator (me following), up to the room and tried herself - without saying a single word. After I explained to her that the door won't lock and that the lock seems to not to be working (you could easily see that by looking at how the other door locks looked), she went downstairs again (again, no words and me following). Downstairs at the reception again, instead of letting me know what she is doing I was standing there waiting 5-10 minutes without a single word from the receptionist while she was staring at her PC (and her mobile phone). Finally, I got a key for another room, which worked OK. When I checked out in the early morning, despite me being politely approaching her, I think the only word she said was "Morning", then took my key, went to grab my breakfast-to-go from another room and gave it to me so that I could leave. Very peculiar.

One very rude receptionist couldn't even borrow me a teaspoon that could use to eat my salad. Asked kindly for a fork or a spoon whatever what could use, arrived late evening. Said even that will wash it straight away and bring it back to her, but no. Seriously.. I saw that they had in their Coffee room behind the reception at least teaspoons. How can you treat your clients like that..

Tualett oli väga puhas ja ei haisenud, soe vesi tuli dušist kiiresti. Riided mahtusid stangele ära.

Tuba ise haises uriini järele. Õhk oli külm ja kuna oli väike ühekohaline tuba, siis kokku moodustas see ülikitsa külma haisva olmetunde. Olin sunnitud järgnevateks öödeks mingi lõhtalahendusvariandi ostma, et suuta seeles toas neli ööd vastu pidada. Aknad olid räpased.

It was close to the city centre. Beds were fine. It's suitable for overnight with late check-in (we arrived at about midnight). The staff at the reception was kind and helpful.

The hotel was actually working rather like hostel. It was full of russians, who were noisy during the night and dangerous. At 5am were fighting in the hall and knocking on our room door. Cleanliness was not sufficient, neither in the room (the floor has not been cleaned for a while), nor in the shared bathroom (very dirty). One night was just enough. Couldn't imagine staying there longer.

Расположение очень хорошее, центр близко, автовокзал близко, до парома рукой подать. В номере был холодильник, чайник можно взять на рецепции (залог 5 евро наличными). Фен есть. В номере чисто, кровати не плохие.

Слив в душе практически не работает, стоишь по щиколотку в воде и стараешься, чтоб вода через бортик не выливалась, а то пойдёт в номер.

Asukoht oli väga mugav, ootused ei olnud toale ja hotellile kõrged aga hinna ja kvaliteedisuhe oli ok.

Vastuvõtus sisseregistreerimisel ei selgitatud, kus söömine või muid teadmisi maja kohta. Hotell vajaks värskendamist, veidi remonti, kaasajastamist.
