I tried to take a bubble bath 🛀 but there was a huge water leak underneath the bathtub and I had to clean it up. The food is usually good but this time the bread was stale and some of the food was not fresh.

The location is convenient, not far from the center, staff was friendly and helpful. I had a beautiful view from my room. Breakfast was rich nd tasty. Good value for the price.

Great value for money. Everything, the hotel was amazing I would highly recommend and if I'm in Plovdiv again I would most definitely look to stay here again.

I stayed for 4 days in December when it's really cold and they didn't even have warm water. Unacceptable!!! Warm water only in the last day I booked a superior double room and they gave me a simple double room and when I complained that this is not what I paid for they answered 'this is Bulgaria' The breakfast was maybe the WORST part. No variety at all and low quality products Just a coffee with a bread
