Excellent stay, cabin was very well equipped and the facilities of the park were lovely. Location was great too. 25 minute walk into the centre.

The room was okay

We arrived at 10am to leave our luggage but we still thought we’d check with front desk. The receptionist was very not friendly and told us to come back at 2, didn’t ask for our name or anything. We came back at 2, the line was huge and 3 of us got told that our room wasn’t ready. The organization of front desk look terrible. So many people were pissed about different things. We finally got to check in at 2:45, at check in the room was ok but the barbecue and the stove were both dirty. This is not the resort’s fault but if you want to rest in a quiet place this is not it. Loads of noisy wildlife we would be awake by 6am because of the birds. Also it’s so far from Byron itself, 35 minutes walk on the driveway. After few days we asked to have fresh towels and linen, and they put it outside on the balcony which i didn’t understand why they didn’t put it inside the room, if it rained everything would be ruined and not to mention the towels had several stains on it. Overall for $780 for 5 days I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Not worth the price at all. Very disappointed

The activities at the park for kids, family vibe, warm welcome from staff & goodbye, well maintained on the outside, communication, location, bed was comfy

Economy rooms very restricted. No where to move, store things, not recommended for toddler, unusual layout of tv/couch/bunks,, bright lights for overhead of bed

The team upgraded us for free, which was a lovely gesture and made our stay even more lovely. The premium lodge was lovely and modern.

We found a cockroach in our lodge (although probably unavoidable with the weather) , the washing machine was leaking and the bedroom smelt mouldy and damp, the Wi-Fi never worked

Friendly and efficient reception staff. Lovely setting with wonderful waterplay areas, with adjacent, abundant comfortable seating. Convenient and clean laundry facilities.

Very compact bathroom. Insufficient power outlets in the cooking area.

We only stayed one night, but regretted not staying 3! The facilities for kids and adults are just great. The cabin, though compact, was very adequate, clean and air conditioned. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Cabins are nice and large with all items you require to self-cater. They're located in a nice, leafy and quiet part of the park.

The bed was a little soggy. Could do with firmer mattresses but that's just personal preference really.
