The hotel is located in downtown Guangzhou city, close to the subway and major bus lines stops. The room was big enough and have a confortable bed. Breakfast was OK but not so many western food options like cheese, natural fruit juice, etc but enough variety of local dishes too.

The first few nights the room had a terrible bad smell, like if it was closed for a long time. The gym is not in the same building you need to ask for a voucher and go to another part of the building where is a Private Gym

clean and quiet room; very friendly and helpful staff. definitely a good value.

The location is perfect.

The staff need training on customer service. Their customer service is very wanting. I would have given the hotel a much better rating was the customer service better. Also, the recreation facilities like the swimming pool open at 2pm so not suitable for single nighters. Also the wifi is horrible. Mostly just says no internet access.

I don’t like it

Room has weird wet smell and price don’t match the quality of this hotel ,the shower water is not hot, the light is bad . And my skin itch I guess there is some bed bugs in the room!I don’t recommend this one!

Just a short walk from Zhujiang New Town MTR (exit A2), the Leeden Hotel is well located within Guangzhou. From the very start, the location of the hotel set up what was to be a very enjoyable visit. Upon check-in, my room wasn't available, so I was upgraded to a suite (which I'm sure was a couple tiers above the room I actually booked!). This was a seamless process, and Reception ensured my room was provided in a swift manner. Once I got to the room, I found it had everything I needed, from slippers to robes - and even a bathtub with an ample supply of bath salts. My experience with hotels in China has been none less than amazing, and the Leeden may just be my best stay. I will most certainly be looking to stay at the Leeden the next time I visit Guangzhou.

There was nothing I disliked about my stay.
