Very poor service, room was dirty, bed sheets were stained. Would not recommend staying here.

It was very close to the main train station. Ideal for a short weekend trip. Room did the job.

Quite expensive for a budget hotel. The hairdryer in the bathroom was poor and needs replaced with something a bit more powerful.

Room and bathroom was too small. The price was quite expensive considering breakfast was not included. The cleaner also took away one of our room passes when cleaning the room.

At least a bottle of drinking water in my room. Even if I was going to pay for it. But in this hot weather, no water bottles in the room. And no instructions if the tap water is safe or not.

Location and cleanliness was good.

We were allocated a faulty room with broken door knobs. Main door also could not be locked from Inside - making us uncomfortable.

Breakfast was nice, although some plates were missing and at the time I came the eggs and sausages were all gone. I guess more workers could be beneficial for the place.

The plates for the breakfast could be more comfortable, these ones looked good but was not so easy to use.

It was clean, comfortable and convenient to train station. We were also within walking distance of river and attractions.

No ice, but learned that was a common thing in Europe.

We were offered the very first room, on the ground floor, that needed to be passed on the way to the elevator for other guests.

the thermostat in the room doesn’t work. the heating only has one speed: very warm. you can’t breathe at night and it keeps you up, you have to keep the window open. the front desk also offers small useless pedestal fans as a solution to this delightful problem. not sure why you can’t turn the heating in your room off. the shower is very poorly built, water splashes all over the bathroom. the final atrocity. when we checked in there was this lingering smell of sewerage in the bathroom, we flipped a few switches only to discover there was no exhaust fan. the next day that smell got extremely unbearable, you could smell it in the room (by the way, you can smell it near the elevator on the ground floor too). I went to complain at the front desk to ask if there was an exhaust that I hadn’t found, they said, no there are no exhausts, all we can do is offer an air freshener, which works if you go spray it in the bathroom every 2 mins. for this final reason - would never stay at any Ibis anywhere in the world ever again. also, be careful giving them your credit card details, they told me they would only do a preauthorisation hold, but ended up charging the full amount. they reversed it (took a week), but still cost me a hefty international transaction fee. all they had to say was, “oops” didn’t even apologise.
