Pool area was ok and staff were helpful.

Very tired hotel that needs alot of refurbishment.

Pool i excellent. Brekfast OK, though mainly cakes/sweets Nice balcony with sea view.

Damp, musty smell in the elevator and the long corridor from the elevator. Beds are very hard. Not possible to get extra soft mattress on top of the bed. Cooling system did not have capacity enough. Not good to wake up in 30+ and 90% reletive humidty. Excellent cooling in the corridor to the rooms. Hotel staff tried to help but the system had simply not enough capacity.

.The Pool area area was really clean and lovely. Not crowded. The staff were attentive especially Raphael on the front desk. Would stay again

Room was a little small

Lóháton,panoráma.the elevator to the beach.The breakfast is avaiable.the service is perfekt.

Pool terrace has an amazing view over the seafront and Casamicciola; Breakfast sitting there was very pleasant; The hotel is up on a cliff but has a lift which takes you straight down to the riviera and therefore very convenient. The centre of Casamicciola is a 10 minutes walk from there.

We paid for a luxury room with see view but it was very disappointing as it was extremely small, basic in the decor and it was not possible to leave the window open to enjoy the view as it felt exposed to the view of people on the terrace. There was a heavy door to block the window and we ended up with artificial light on and no view most of the time. I asked to change room to anything else but my request was simply ignored, nobody apologised or tried to please me somehow.

The lobby had a nice welcome with bible

Staff was undermanned and service was compromised. The bunk beds and furniture where outdated. Breakfast was poor, I went out in town to eat

Nothing was dirty full of fly Moschino and ants on floor all over they charge me twice because they said that they didn’t received my payment which was not true and when I try to call them for let them know they call they hung up on me

Staff was very kind and caring. Facilities were very clean at all times and following covid safety measures. Swimming pool and breakfast area have great views! It feels like paradise. It seemed all rooms had a balcony which is a plus on a seaside location. Very nearby stunning beaches and elevator that brings you directly to the Main Street.

Beds could be slightly more comfortable, but that’s a very personal feeling.
