Không có điểm gì sáng sủa để có thể chia sẽ. Chất lượng khách sạn không tương xứng với giá tiền có thể nhận được.
Nhân viên làm việc trong giờ hành chính cho nên khi khách cần hỗ trợ vào sáng sớm thì sẽ không được phục vụ dù đang trong khách sạn 5 sao. Ngoài ra thì chất lượng cách âm của phòng vô cùng kém, nằm trong phòng mà nghe tiếng ồn ào bên ngoài rất khó chịu. Đã dặn bên khách sạn là khách đi xuống ăn sáng sẽ không thu tiền và sẽ charge sau khi check-out nhưng khách sạn vẫn cố tình thu. Chất lượng không đạt 5 sao và cũng là lần cuối cùng bên mình chọn bên Deawoo

Excellent location, friendly attentive staff, amazing gym and pool, excellent room size with plenty of amenities, lots of nearby shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.
Room was a bit run down, bed somewhat hard, WiFi was not as strong as it could be (it cut out several times while in online meetings over two days), hallway and room had a musty smell. The hotel is undergoing many renovations so hopefully some of the issues are improved.

staff were all great and the breakfast was very decent
this hotel is tired and needs a big refurbishment. bed was hard, carpet was thin and the place looks a bit worn down

Really good athmosphere and stunning pool area. Super nice and helpful staff. Special thanks to Club Lounge ladies who made us feel so welcome.

They charge me 4M Dong and then add more on top. I tried to explain but the concierge person just ignored me.
