Breakfast was decent staff were friendly.

The first room we got offered we had to leave as it had a leak and the bathroom was flooded. Room 119. We then got moved to room 122 and late on the night we were getting washed and ready to go to bed only to find the sink was blocked. The next morning we were getting ready to go to Manchester City centre to find the shower had very little pressure and water was just trickling out of the shower head.

the coffee! that's it everything else was great. it is about a tenner to get in to the city centre which wasn't bad at all.

The two rooms we stayed in were nice and we had two double beds in each room. The thing we enjoyed the most was the breakfast. and what makes it even enjoyable was the staff was very happy to see us in the breakfast lounge. the staff was smiling to us (a genuine smile). We will for sure go back to this hotel in future.

Location is good. Breakfast is also good. But comfort is not up to the mark.

Bed is not comfortable and couldn’t use table and chair for tiny space. No slippers and wardrobe inside room.

The car park

The hotel needs total refurbishment, room was very dirty especially sofa and carpet, water flow is very low the hotel needs a water pump and water in the sink is very complicated to balance cold and warm so you end up with frozen water, room is cold with not a proper cooling. Breakfast is very sad and very poor and lift is very slow and old. Never again!!

The whole experience was excellent. The staff were brilliant couldn't do enough for us.The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and everywhere was spotless. My daughter and I think that it should have more than 3 stars.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
