Location is ideal for the town centre and food and drink. View from room was exceptional.

Breakfast was limited. Car park around the corner £25.

Rooms a bit small , and breakfast was cold and they had 2toasters and they were use less didn’t toast ,

No heat in room and for November was very cold!! No food available on the evening apart from Margarita Pizza form the bar. TV in room off every 30 seconds. Had to stand sideways in shower to wash. Water would not go down the sink in bathroom. Parking charge of £25 charged for non-secured parking. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Thsi was not a cheap rate but the facilities were poor!

Location was convenient, staff was amazing, breakfast was good especially our server, John. He made every morning very pleasant.

It is very old so we couldn’t open the windows. It didn’t affect our stay though.

Parking is an issue but it is throughout Brighton. The main issue we found was that the rooms were very hot.one of the rooms had a fan - however this was very noisy.

A good budget hotel right on the seafront. Perfect location for a short break in Brighton.

The single rooms are clean but very small. There are only two wall lights in the bedroom so can be dim at night. The breakfast times are ridget and a lot of the times I wanted had gone. On being directed to a table there no instructions how to order and not enough staff. After waiting 20 minutes I had to call one of them when passing.

Nice staff, clean room, good location and price.

The breakfast was awful, so small, not very good choices. We got dirty glasses for juice. Staff member was playing with her hair and making a ponytail right above the drinks.

room was very ancient and run down , nice bed but didn’t match the actual room ! no fridge , no plugs beside bed , room was dark an gloomy with a view of scaffolding and a wall !

Red hot water and good shower which we hadn't had in other accommodation during the week. Room was lovely and warm when we arrived on a cold day but radiators easily turned down when it became too hot.

Shame there was no option to eat in the hotel in the evening.
