AC fungerade inte som utlovat. Bad om tyst rum men hamnade mot trafikerad gata. Frukosten var väldigt dyr med tanke på utbudet.

房間很舒適，員工非常的友好，每天房間也都打掃的很乾淨，不管幾點櫃檯都會有人在覺得很安心 廁所的沐浴乳洗髮精都是大罐的很讚（不是旅行瓶 床罩枕頭套、浴巾毛巾也都會每天更換 離地鐵站超級近！交通很方便，樓下有麥當勞、超市、藥妝等等，下次來還會想再來住😍

Siivoustaso hotellissa on mielestäni erinomainen ja vastaanotossa oli tällä kertaa hyvin läsnäolevaa henkilöstöä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja ravintolan henkilökunta huippua.

Yhden hengen Superior-huoneen ikkuna oli sisäpihalle, joka olisi muuten ollut katujen meluisuutta ja huonosti eristäviä ikkunoita ajatellen rauhallinen, mutta sisäpihalla oli jonkun baarin terassi, josta kuului joka päivä iltapäivästä iltaan ylikorostetun kovaäänistä humalaisen esiintymisnaurua. WC-istuimen viemäri meni heikon huuhtelupaineen vuoksi helposti tukkoon, eikä saatavilla ollut harjaa, jolla tukoksen olisi saanut helposti auki.

The hotel is at a great location and is very stylish.

Overall restaurant was great. Both service and visually. Jamal served for breakfast and was exceptional in his levels of service

Rooms and bathrooms felt a bit tired and dated

The hotel is in a great location for the West End. As soon as you entered the hotel reception, the most incredible fragrance lingered. My husband and I were staying for my birthday celebrations and upon our arrival, we were told we had been upgraded to a Junior suite, which was a fabulous surprise! All of the staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. This is the 2nd time we have stayed, and will most definitely be returning back!

Only a slight observation. The separate toilet in the Junior suite felt very tight in space, especially when opening/ closing the door. It could do with being made wider, there is definitely the space in the room to do so.

The hotel is perfect for a long stay, the room was very clean and comfortable with a great bed and comfy pillows. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast had a very nice selection. They have a very small gym in the basement, it's not crazy equipped, but sufficient for a small work-out. I particularly liked the location, close to the tube lots of supermarkets and restaurants/pubs.

Not a big fan of the restaurant, a bit overpriced with limited selection.

The bar closed at 11 pm which surprised usb we came back from a show and it was closed.

It was very close to the tube station, lots of restaurants around. The breakfast was good, I also enjoyed the food from the restaurant. Very clean room, comfy bed.

Rooms small, dated. Upgraded to premium room, the room was 3* basic at best. Leg on fridge was broken, no bed side lamps, no electrical points beside bed, door wouldn't lock from inside, wardrobe door hit off room door, no light above mirror, connection points very old (e.g. VGA port), lift on 4th floor very problematic, ice dispenser on 4th floor didn't work, spoons given with cups dirty, restaurant below standard, staff ok but did not ask how the stay was.

At last a hotel that actually deserves its 4 stars. Spotlessly clean. Unbelievably comfortable mattress. Fantastic toiletries. Kettle with coffee tea etc. good size marble bathroom. Fresh sheets, air conditioning. Quiet , couldn’t hear people walking up and down corridor. Very good quality tv. Great staff. Central. Unlike horrendous experience at the collective at Canary Wharf!

Nothing. It could do with a blind that obscures the room when the think curtain is rolled up. But this is not a complaint more of a suggestion.

Facilities, Friendly staff, location.

The hotel is well located, adjacent to Warren Street Underground Station and Bus stops, it's also a short walk to Tottenham Court Road, Euston, St. Pancras International and Kings Cross Stations. It's also reasonably close to known locations like Soho, Covent Garden, Oxford Circus, Camden Market and Regents Park. The hotel offered a good breakfast with a nice selection.

The hotel appears to have only two lifts small to service a large number of rooms. It's important to chose a room that meets your needs since (a) some of the rooms are tiny and some are accessible only across bridges / multiple passages.

Location was excellent. Right beside a tube station and lots of pubs and restaurants nearby.

The room was very small, the shower was tiny and the tv was mounted in a way that was very difficult to watch from the bed.

The property was clean, stylish and the staff was very friendly and helpful The room was clean, a good size with everything we needed for a short break.

Only thing is probably the view out the window what was not to our liking but we appreciate it’s a city and we had a back room
