Love this hotel this is our second time getting an upgrade to a suite. Fabulous suite lovely staff very helpful, food was excellent. Fantastic value for money. The comfort in our suite was unreal. Will definitely be back.

The room was big the bed comfy and had a coffee machine which was brilliant the chap who explained about breakfast was really nice

When checking in the chap was very robotic like he was just ticking boxes not very friendly, had dinner in the brasserie the waiter came over 3 times in the space of 5 minutes wanting to tale or order he didn't ask would we like water or condiments, husband got mash,pork and veg pork over cooked mash and veg luke warm daughter got the burger,chips and salad burger was tasty but the salad was disgusting watery carrot and 2 pieces of lettuce and one piece was discolored I got pasta was nice but very small portion and a small slice of garlic bread but just tasted of butter they had self serve breakfast which was cold be better if it was table service wouldn't ne much waste, bathroom in the lobby had toilet roll placed everywhere

Ha una bella piscina con idromassaggi, sauna e bagno turco.

Il giorno del nostro arrivo alle 16,15 abbiamo dovuto aspettare 2 ore e mezza per darci la stanza. Ci hanno offerto un drink e sicuramente avranno avuto qualche grosso problema ma il ritardo è stato veramente troppo. Inoltre avremmo voluto fare delle attività ma era ormai troppo tardi.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly. We had dinner in the hotel, the food was amazing. We used the gym the following morning, altho it wasn't big, we got done what we needed to do.

The hotel is ideally located close to cork, however for the Radisson brand the facilities are dated , chairs in the Brasserie need a good cleaning and upholstery.

The air conditioning in the first floor is not working so the floor is like a furnace , extremely hot and the rooms are the same it was difficult to get a rest.

Pool and Reception area.

Rooms - We booked 2 premium rooms. One premium room was allocated and the other was a standard room. At check-in, we were told both are premium rooms. The hotel reception was adamant that both rooms were premium, she showed us a standard room which was exactly like ours and said "This is a standard room, yours is premium" - Made no sense and we looked like fools. We had to escalate it to higher management (Deputy GM was involved). Finally, after much debate, a Premium room was allocated to us at around 6:45 pm. We checked in at 4:30 pm! Reasons such as the system showing incorrect rooms were given. Sorry state of affairs. All this could have been avoided were we given the rooms that we booked. We were with a toddler so it was not a pleasant experience. There was a wedding in the hotel and I think the rooms were overbooked. A crib was requested but a single bed was put in place we had to remedy that as well. The request for rooms on the same floor, interconnected rooms or even rooms close by was ignored by the check-in personnel. They tried to make up for it by providing free meals for the toddler.

Poor check-in. Told rooms weren't ready and to sit and wait, then forgot about us. Half hour later after watching people who arrived after us going to their rooms I asked if our room was ready, oh yes it is. Man at desk asked me questions about whether I'd booked in for dinner cos he couldn't remember what he'd spoken to me about...

Great location and staff were lovely

Breakfast was not great . Buffet help yourself . Food was warm just about Towards the end of our stay the bar became out of use because they were laying a new floor . Noisy and inconvenient, but we were leaving soon so it was ok.

Very peaceful, good location if you want to stay out of the city centre but still close. The amenities are great and its a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend if you need a little getaway
