The room was very nice and modern, very clean and it was in a good location. Down the road from the high road where there are a number of shops and businesses open, and even a cheese market on Sundays.
The shower is not a free moving shower head, which isn’t very female friendly but that is the only thing.

trip and stay at the hotel would have been a disaster if it wasn’t for the duty manager Mark Alveraz, an exceptional manager who managed to put things right when things went wrong.
checked in at about 12pm and given the smallest room in the hotel 631 despite many other rooms available, had a member of staff walk into room while i was getting dressed despite the do not disturb sign on the door, and the Italian guy on front desk not friendly or smiley at all, works and talkslike he has the whole world on his shoulders.

In a calm place, the hotel has the standards of a four stars, good breakfast and nearby the underground, easy to reach the center of london.
An additional lamp in the bathroom is needed.

I didn’t try the breakfast as too costly. I can get bacon or veggie rolls and porridge down the road in Pret for a fiver.
- the TV, not all channels available and the remote control not very responsive.
Guests should get a discount on the car park.

The bedrooms look very tired and dated and climbing into a bath to shower in 2022 seems very strange!

Cleanliness was poor
The quilt on the bed was only ever pulled up, the cups and glasses from night before never washed, coffee and tea etc was never replenished, only 1 towel was left each day for the 2 of us and the room was never dusted or vacuumed
