A equipe de funcionários, em especial o Flávio que é a pessoa mais gentil que já conheci. O café da manhã é bom e poder tomar um chá ou café à tarde faz toda a diferença.

Staff were great,balcony was great.

Room was small,no drawers,on all fours to use the safe.

Very central but quiet location, nicely designed, very comfortable bed

The rooms are renovated, but it is still noticeable that some featured are a bit outdated (for instance noisy air-condition). Bathroom quite small

Comfortable room and great location. Nice bedding and toiletries. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cool hotel cat. The mini bar was a welcome plus. Very clean and more spacious than expected. I would stay at the Muse again for sure.

The breakfast is great but not enough staff to help. Only one person was working and she had to cook and wash dishes, refill trays, and bus tables and do everything else too. She couldn't keep up with demand during rush. Super tiny shower stall.

Location was good . Barely anything about the actual hotel to recommend Check in staff good but check out staff really wasn’t able to help much as limited English

The room was downstairs in a basement with limited natural light was tiny and freezing cold. The air con /heating didn’t work. The plumbing for the building ran through or past the room and was a very obvious noise. It felt like being in a submarine

Location was near lots of cafes/ main museums, tea/coffee station was appreciated. Cool decor in room and clean.

Room was not ready for stated check-in time. We did arrive about 50 minutes before check-in and left our bags to go and have a coffee which was all fine, then we came back around 10/15 minutes after check-in time and room wasn't ready. Staff were pleasant enough but we waited in the coffee area for around 40 minutes before having to ask (instead of being told) if the room was ready yet. Just wish there was better communication when we initially dropped the bags off and we would have just stayed out longer and also with letting us know when the room was ready instead of having to ask. Room was also quite dark (although it was on the basement level), but some more lights wouldn't go amiss.
