BIG AREA WITH PRIVATE BEACH ON THE DEAD SEA

The location is wonderful! The accommodation was great. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. And the guest relations manager was very considerate of my comments.

The level of cleanliness was believed to be what i expected. The room super clean, however, the bed fitting was not clean as well as the towels and smelled dusty

In questo hotel ho trovato il miglior ristorante del mio viaggio in Giordania. Lo chef ti coccola con una scelta incredibile di piatti tradizionali e internazionali, dalla prima colazione al pranzo serale. Solo al buffet dei dessert ci saranno una trentina di docli diversi e varrebbe la pena fermarsi qui anche solo per la cucina. Per il resto, Holiday Inn, fa il suo lavoro come ci aspetta da un cinque stelle.

Staff di portineria (non quello dei piani) simpatico come un mal di pancia e che parla solo arabo o inglese (un po' poco). Accesso come se si dovesse entrare in aeroporto: controllo interno auto e documenti all'esterno, nuovo controllo bagagli e metal detector all'interno molto seccante. Camere piuttosto datate, anche se tenute in perfetto stato di manutenzione e pulizia.

Amazing place to stay, it's the last pace we stayed after traveling through Jordan, we stayed mainly in budget options and this is a completely different league of course. Beds super comfy and staff super friendly. The breakfast was not only Jordanian with a lot of options which we liked. You can walk to the beach and take a bath in the dead sea, which is a really special experience. Check out was at 12, they offered to keep our luggage save and allowed us to keep using the facilities for the remainder of the day. Which is very cool!

Not all the pools were open which we didn't knew about before booking, it's okay and understandable, there weren't many guests, so it wasn't busy at the pool that was open. Only it would be nice to know before. The diner was expensive at 40JOD, so we ended up getting diner somewhere else which is fine, just be aware of this. The staff was maybe a bit too eager to assist you at times. Some people probably like this, but our Dutch people are not used to this. Again, definitely no reasons not to go here.

Groot hotel met ruime mooie kamers met goede bedden. Heel schoon, zowel binnen als buiten. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt- en dinerbuffet. Privestrand aan de Dode Zee dat via trappen te bereiken is. Op het strand voldoende ligbedden , emmers met klei en zoetwater douches . Verschillende schone zwembaden met flink aantal zonnebedjes. Vriendelijk personeel.

- Het hotel is zo groot, dat dat wat mij betreft ten koste gaat van de Jordaanse sfeer. Maar dat gevoel is natuurlijk heel persoonlijk - ongelofelijk veel vliegen (overigens op veel plekken in Jordanie)

Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, le bar dans la piscine super sympa avec la serveuse très gentille.

Zone de baignade dans la mer morte un peu trop limité.
