Very good room cleaning and a good variety at breakfast.

The reception was kind enough to accommodate a couple of friends on the same floor as me and my husband. We said we were traveling as a group of friends and that it would be my birthday. There were five of us. The two couples stayed in rooms with two single beds pushed together, side by side, which was quite inconvenient. Normally, some hotels place a double mattress over two single beds. Meanwhile, my friend who was traveling alone stayed in a room with a double bed. At breakfast, we chose a table near the window for the five of us so we could watch the snow falling. When half of the group had already sat down and I was already having my coffee, we were asked to move because that table was supposedly reserved for a larger group. They moved us to the back of the restaurant to a table of the same size. A detail worth mentioning: it was my birthday. I found it very poor taste to wait until we were already seated to inform us that we could not stay there. I also noticed that the table next to us had only five people sitting at it, and the table we were moved from was never used during the entire time we were there. Absurd. I have photos and videos with details, which I will be posting on Google soon. Additionally, the hair dryer was weak and old, losing power after just 2 minutes. The bathroom door scraped the floor and was completely rotting at the bottom, peeling away. The bathroom light was malfunctioning, which left me in the dark while taking a bath in the bathtub.
