The staff went all the way to ensure a comfortable and cozy stay for their customer

Stanza molto bella (ci hanno fatto upgradea junior suite), pulita, spaziosa e silenziosa. buona colazione anche se mi aspettavo prodotti locali che non ho trovato (norwegian waffle, i rotoli alla cannella...). Staff cordiale e disponibile Parcheggi nelle vicinanze se il loro è pieno Rapporto qualità-prezzo corretto Ottima zona per visitare la città

Entrata molto rumorosa (siamo arrivati di sabato sera e c'era musica ad alto volume e molta gente) era pieno di gente attaccata all'entrata che fuma con conseguente puzza di fumo alla reception. Non un bel biglietto da visita (per me). Parcheggio da riservare in anticipo (e assicuratevi che leggano perché io ho mandato una mail una settimana prima, nessuno ha risposto e il parcheggio era pieno)

Very stylish, great rooms. The gym was tiny yet functional and being there by myself was great. Breakfast was very good, both buffet options and the complimentary a la carte options. Really enjoyed this hotel. Super easy to get to with the airport train.

A very comfortable and immaculately clean room. Possibly the best hotel breakfast I've ever experienced. The staff were superb - the day of our departure coincided with a Gay Pride parade, the police had closed off the roads giving access to the hotel but the reception/concierge staff cheerfully navigated us around the issue, carrying our bags for 2 city blocks to a waiting taxi.

Nothing I can think of - and I'm normally very critical!

All lovely until we were leaving. Requested our car and Luggage to be collected at a specific time as we had A ferry to catch. Reception staff clearly forgot. No Apology made. Just said it was ok. Made a stressful End to a lovely stay. Would have been made so much better if he’d apologised.
